[Ingsoc] A Brand New Party, A Brand New Horizon

Ingsoc is a new party with a new platform. Ingsoc is Canada's new socialist totalitarian party run and controlled by one person. You guys have had a little too much to think. It's time to let the government control your everyday life, but especially the economy.
Ingsoc is here to bring back the Canadian economy to its former glory. The rich are getting richer and the poor are being left behind. Comrades... it's time to bring back what is ours!
Ingsoc is based on three different principles which make up our motto. War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, and finally Ignorance is Strength. I shall go through each and explain their meanings.

1. War is Peace: This is probably the most important of them all. I know Canadians are eager for wars, but why start a war we cannot win? It is a waste of money. Look at our war with the United Kingdom. It's a stupid and costly war. Sure, we may want the TP medals, but for what gain? Its time to stop thinking of oneself as oneself. Canada is a community, and a community it should be. The government should declare war on countries where we can settle permanently. Ingsoc wants to bring back the CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) but under a new name.. the Ministry of Peace. Only ministry workers will need to know the fine details, but the ministry will strive for wars of unification and peace. Ingsoc wants to look into the pacific for resources and more or less for Canadian settlement.

2. Freedom is Slavery: This emphasizes the problem with freedom. With freedom comes democracy. And democracy brings about the problems of uncertainty and division within our own community. I bring to you exhibit A. For those of you who remember our time with Jacobi as president in his 9th term. It brought Canada into caos. With economic uncertainty a shadow government was formed by Tyreal Snow. Nobody was sure who was running what and Canada was forced into a month of hardships. At that time we were attacked by Poland. This is why Canada needs a single government to strongly lead our nation. The nation will be lead of course, by congress, as it always has been. There will be a head of state, with the title of Big Brother. This party therefore can be considered an oligarchy. The ideals of the party will be enforced by the Ministry of Truth.

3. Ignorance is Strength: If the ideals of the party are followed then there will obviously be no serious threat to our comradeship. We are a community and if everyone accepts the practices of Ingsoc ideology, then we can continue to live united. This will be monitored by the Ministry of Love.

Now back to the economy. EVERYONE who tries to run for president or create a new party tries to fix the economy but never does. Why? That's because the government doesn't get involved enough. We need to have government issued rations and pay checks, which will be measured by your current XP level. Not by your standing in the world. For example a person level 30-40 might recieve a weekly government cheque of about $150, whereas a new player might recieve upwards to $500. Of course, the payments of these will be monitored by the Ministry of Plenty.

Ingsoc is currently looking for new job positions as VP, Spokesman, Secretary General, and Councillor. We are looking for new members.

War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Ignorance is Strength.
