שלום לכולם, בימים האחרונים אני ויותר חושב על הרעיון הזה ורציתי לשתף אותכם בו.

במהלך השנתיים שאני לפעמים נמצא במשחק ראיתי הרבה נשיאים, ואני יכול להגיד באופן כמעט גורף שאף פעם לא היה תפקיד של אדם שיכוון,יפקח, ויבקר את הממשלה את שיקוליה ואת מעשיה.

אני חושב שהתפקיד הזה חשוב מכמה סיבות:
1)בן אדם כזה יכול להסביר לממשלה מה הם עושים לא נכון ומה כדאי ואף רצוי לעשות ולתקן בהתנהלות הכללית שלהם, וכך לתת להם הכוונה ישירה.
2)בן אדם כזה יכול למצוא שחיטויות שהאדום הפשוט לא מבין בהן ולא מתמודד איתן ביום יום, ודואג שהוא לא ינוצל ללא ידיעתו
3)אדם כזה יכול להוות סדר באי סדר ולחשוף את הפגמים במדינה כדי לקדם אותה למקום טוב יותר

בקיצור, אין שום סיבה הגיונית למה בן אדם כזה לא יהיה קיים אם הוא יכול רק לעזור.

מה נדרש מאדם כזה:
מבקר מדינה לא יכול להשתייך לממשלה או למפלגה פוליטית בשום אופן.
מבקר מדינה מקבל את סמכותו מן הכנסת של ישראל ונבחר אחת לחודש ברוב קולות.
מבקר המדינה צריך לכתוב דו"ח חודשי על התנהלות הממשלה ולהגיש אותה לטיפול הכנסת, ואף ליידע את הציבור לגבי הממצאים שלו.
מבקר המדינה צריך ידע נרחב בתחומי המשחק השונים והמגוונים ואין למנוע ממנו ידע על הפעולות השונות של הממשלה.

אני חושב שהגיע הזמן לבחור אדם לתפקיד זה ואני מכריז באופן רשמי את התמודדותי לכך.
אני מבין שהעיתוי לא כל כך מושלם לאחר שנבחרתי להיות איש קונגרס אבל רעיונות פשוט צצים ואני לא יכול לבקש מהם להזדרז לזמן שנוח לי.
אם אני אבחר לתפקיד אני מבקש סליחה רבה מכולם ומקווה שתבינו שזה למען מטרה טובה יותר, מכיוון שבכל מקרה לא התכוונתי להצטרף לממשלה הנוכחית.
(וכן תרמתי את כספי המדליה של הקונגרס לממשלה,ולא אני ממש לא עשיתי את זה בשביל עוד מדליה יש לי מספיק)

Hello everyone, in the last couple of days I think more and more about an idea I would like to share.

During the 2 years I sometimes play this game I have seen many presidents, and I can tell that there was never job for someone to direct, supervise and criticize the government, its actions and decisions.

I think this job is important for some reasons:
1)Man like this can explain the gov what they do wrong, and what they should and need to do or fix in their general behavior, and that way giving them direct guiding.
2)Man like this can find corruptions that the simple citizen does not understand nor deal with each day, and take care that he won't be exploited without his knowledge.
3)Man like that, can make order in disorder and expose flaws in the country in order to promote it.

In sum, there is no logical reason for why man like that shouldn't exist if he can just help.

What it takes to be one:
State comptroller cannot belonge to any gov or political party in anyway.
State comptroller gets his authority from the Knesset of Israel and is chosen once in a month by majority of votes.
State comptroller needs to write monthly report about the gov's behavior and present it to the knesset, and also to notify the citizens about his findings.
State comptroller needs vast knowledge in the game mechanics and in general and the different actions of the gov should not be hidden from him.

I think it is time to pick a man for the job and I officialy announce my competing for it.
I understand the timing is not so perfect after I got elected as congressman but ideas just pop up and I cannot ask them to hurry up according to my will.
If I will get elected for the job I ask from all of you undestanding and forgiveness that it is for a good cause, and anyway I do not intend to be part of the current government.
(And yes I did donate my congress medal money, and I really didn't do it for the medals, I got plenty)
