This is a reprint of what has been agreed a long time ago. It is expected that all trusted Danes honor this agreement.

Political power in eDenmark
The following is the will of the eDanes for the political power in eDenmark.
Some parts of the below is less explicit as there is to be room for some flexibility. However, the spirit of the text is to be followed.

Note on democracy in eDenmark
eDenmark is to be ruled by the trusted players. The rulers of eDenmark are to follow the will of the trusted players at any time.
It is the will of the eDanes that some roles in the eDanish democracy are fixed and NOT subject to ingame elections. They are:
The Eternal Queen (Maine Coon)
The Master of the Treasury (currently Kitarou)
These roles can only be changed if wished by a majority of the trusted eDanes.

The trusted players
The group of players that has proven their loyalty to eDenmark. All real-life Danes are automatically trusted unless they show that they are clearly not (none has yet been classified as untrusted). Non-real life Danes will be considered trusted when a sufficient amount of players in the trusted group consider them trusted.

The Congress
The Congress election is highly controlled and NOT free. The eDanish congress is not supposed to make decisions on its own, but merely propose laws and vote as decided by the group of trusted eDanes.

The Country President
While the Country President election is free when no not-trusted are running the Country President is NOT supposed to make major decisions on its own. The Country President is allowed to do various negotiations, but the trusted eDanes must always be asked when major decisions are taken. The Country President is a servant of the trusted eDanes.
The Country President is allowed to appoint his/her own government.

The Dictatorship
In case of eDenmark being under dictatorship, the purpose of the dictatorship in eDenmark is to protect eDenmark against PTOs and MTOs.
The trusted eDanes appoints The Dictator and can at any time and for no apparent reason replace The Dictator.
The Dictator is to have limited political power, however The Dictator must at all time be sufficiently informed about matters of the state. This is the responsibility of the CP.

The treasury and the eDanish ORG
The eDanish treasury is under the control of The Master of the treasury. No eDanish money or gold is to be stockpiled where she/he does not feel confident that she/he have control.
The eDanish ORG is to be under the control of The Master of the treasury at all times. The Master of the treasury can grant others access to the ORG. No one is allowed to attempt to get access to the ORG on their own.
