Military Updates

In other hand, we still have to be aware. Some European country probably will "airstrike" us. So, we better be well-prepared when it happens, but let's hope not. Anyway, we still need war to raise levels. I and Aarin Wong have discussed about it and we have 2 options of Training war: TW with Singapore or Philippines. I need some point of view and suggestions, which one is the best option for us. Give me comments...

Logically it's fair to ask for no TW before election. If we lose any of our regions, that region will not have any congress member. Or worst case scenario, if all regions are gone, than we will have no congress. I'm open to any TW, provided that we get back any regions lost afterwards or better if we don't lose any of our regions.
