[eGorafi] Plato decided to help eFrance

There is good news concerning eFrance and its allies in their war against the eUK, eSpain and eCroatia.
When Plato understood that eCroatia was definitely the most dangerous country in the eWorld (have you seen the number of countries with an eCroatian NAP ? ...), he decided something had to be done about it.

First, he will create 2 new countries in order to weaken eSpain and the eUK. You shall soon see on the map that Catalonia regains it's independence while Wales appears.



Then, Plato will give a special weapon to French people, to be used against eCroatia. Some say it is more powerful than a Q7. This unique weapon is named "Lilian Thuram"!



By the way, Plato decided that eCroatia shouldn't sign another NAP with yet a new country. If they were not to respect this rule, they would be renamed the eSwitzerland-Brothers...
