[EAPP] - Mid Term Report

Well, we're about half way into the PP term and it's time to recap and look forward.



What's Been Done

A. Recruitment- We managed to recruit 6 new members. Not an easy feat these days. Sadly, we also lost 3 members, so a 10% increase overall. Bottom line, our 1# position is nice and firm.

B. Supply Program - Our housing program has been launched and is proving very popular. It's helping out members, energizing our party feed and making Ireland stronger.

C. Congress - We did very well, we fielded 16 candidates, won 34% of the votes and got 14 seats. A very nice improvement from last month.

D. Activity levels- Well, plenty of room for improvement there, but our party feed is teeming with life and I'm hoping to further build upon that.



Moving Forward

I'll be focusing on engaging party members in the coming days, trying to get people to write, create and conjure activity. Expect a PM shortly. The cabinet will be reshuffled according to the result of this engagement.

Recruitment will continue at full steam. The system is working nicely up to now and I'll try getting us to 36 members by the end of the term.

Since we're above 30 members, and I fully intend to keep us that way, it's no longer viable to hold a common PM thread for all members. I'll create a new one, housing only those who wish to be included. Naturally, this will increase the relevance of the party feed. I intend to hold some fun contests to make it even more attractive .

Still hoping for major game updates from Plato (you remember, the type which was supposed to make young players super-relevant). Until now the updates leave very little room for organized action. One can only keep hoping.
