[CP] And that's the way you do it.

Day 1,840, 23:33 Published in Australia Australia by Ranger Bob

I write this at the conclusion of my CP term for November-December.

I would like to THANK a long list of people specifically. However my MAJOR thanks goes to my Senior Cabinet this month.

Scottty,

I could not have done this, nor found the ongoing strength to, without you. You are probably my best friend in game. You helped keep me motivated and sane for a month - and though I kept banging against the wall you were there the entire time helping. THANK YOU, FRIEND.

Larni

(Dae...Dae...oh FORGET IT, all term I had to use your shouts to cut and paste your name in!) thank you also. You kept booting me up the bum to remain completely active, made sure others were pulling their weight and made sure this term kicked butt.

Tim_Holtz

Tim thank you mate - you tirelessly contacted our allies, made new friends for us, made sure I would get the ANSWERS I needed when I needed them. You kept your eye on the ball the entire time and without you it would have been impossible to achieve this month.

Irule777

You are as much a DOER as you are a TALKER. You ensured articles were checked, information was accurate and provided much needed glue to keep things together. You also showed you would pull a lot of weight through taking on shifts in #brostralia and in many other ways. To lead you need to show you can also do the hard yards yourself. THIS MOTIVATES OTHERS. Thanks mate o/

James_Rellori

You stepped up to bat right from the start. When you had to change roles half way through, taking on the highly valuable and sometimes maligned position of Defence - orders flowed, people worked together and YOU had an awful lot to do with it. Including ensuring the spice would continue to flow for the people, and 15 hour stints in supply to our allies.

A GOOD LEADER IS ONLY AS STRONG AS THE PEOPLE UNDER THEM WHO HELP HOLD THEM UP IN THE TIME OF NEED

To the other cabinet, helpers, contributors, such as those people running supplies and Centrelink - including those who started out on the journey, and for various reasons (RL, disagreements and other) left along the way, thank you:

Arthur Cole
GregMacGregor
argi_the_eliminator
DraimAlexander
CyberCasper
Majester
ronnyjnrjnr
Aussie Bloke
Callumh123
Mikeypenny1

(and this is but a fraction of the REAL list of people who helped -I will continue to edit this as I'm sure I have forgotten many - "Hey Ranger you moron, you forgot me!!").

THANK YOU.

As for me, time to step back, and let eAus help shape it's own destiny now you are awake.

I will continue to sip my beer, have fun on #ausrep and contribute to broader discussions on events here.

BUT DON'T FOR ONE MINUTE BE FOOLED.

I may be quiet, BUT I FOR ONE AM NOT ASLEEP.

I hope more than anything else, I have shown the NEXT and FUTURE CP's of eAustralia HOW you can achieve so much through bring together a community approach to our people.

I hope my legacy is showing the path simply through lighting the way. And though it has been a busy month, that has been a rewarding thing to do 🙂

In the end, I would ultimately like to thank YOU, the reader, for giving me a chance to lead you once again.

eAustralia will always be my nation.

It will ALWAYS be yours too - if you:

1. focus on what is important;
2. remember we are ALL on the same side in the end;
3. work together; and
4. let HER BE YOURS.
