An Update will be published when Congress pass a proposal to amend the Constitution

Congress have voted 8-0-0 (Y-N-A) to amen😛

Article 1, Section I

of the Constitution.

It now reads as follows:
I. MPP's
a. The MoF must declare within the first 5 days of a CP term the budget for MPP's for the coming month.

b. Congress must draw up a list of countries in alignment with the MoFA before the 10th of each month that the government may automatically sign an MPP with if proposed, funds permitting. The list carries over for 5 days into the next CP term.

c. For countries not in the list, a discussion period of 24 hours followed by a voting period of 24 hours is mandate, with majority rules.
i. In the event the proposing country offers to pay our half of the MPP, only the 24 hour voting period is required.

d. The Dictator will pass the law after being approved by congress
