Thailand

Thailand, China and Indonesia signed Asia Defensive Pact, that's a pact between Asian country to maintain their stability there..

Some country said that, this pact is harm Indonesian alliance (Aurora) because some citizen of Aurora said that Indonesia want to change alliance and miss his old friend (Serbia-Hungary), but they said that this is just to maintain stability so they can help other country through MPP Freely..

This is the Asia Defensive Pact ::
With this agreement, eChina (EC), eIndonesia (ID), and eThailand (TH) agree on signing a Asia Defensive Pact.

All stated countries:

1. Agree on signing Mutual Protection Pact (MPP) with each other, and there will be no Natural Enemy (NE) nor Declaration of War (DoW) proposed between each other.

2. Make sure that there will be no third mention country one pass each other borders. Even if it’s just for setting up their base to attack the other countries.

3. Will not support any resistance war or any kind of activities towards one another.

4. Agree about mutual enemy/enemies
In case a war starts between one of the members of the pact and a third country then:
a. If any of pact members (EC, ID, TH) do not share MPP with the third party, that country will be considered common enemy and members have the obligation to help each other via direct war or via MPP.
b. If one or more of the members (EC, ID, TH) have MPP with the third country, that/those countries will be neutral in the conflict;
c. In order for the clause (b) to be active the MPP needs to be signed at least with 7 days prior to the beginning of the conflict.

The initial term of this Agreement is 33 days starting from the Effective Date of April 15, 2014 between all countries, and auto renewal. If either EC, ID or TH want to renegotiate this agreement a notice must be sent and all parties will cooperate for an agreeable solution after which this agreement can be modified by mutual consent.

Brazil

Brazil has been discussed about a diplomatic alternative to end the war between Brazil and Argentina. Despite their rulers have not found a proposal that pleased them, they want to know what is the opinion of the Brazilian people.

They want to know opinion from people of Brazil, what are the minimum terms so that the Brazilian government may contemplate signing a non-aggression pact with the Argentine government..

Unless further deliberation, while not signed any treaty, the results of this research will be only for the eyes of the Brazilian government.

Brazil rejected MPP with Spain and Poland, this is harm sirius alliance that make some people think that they will come to other side (LETO-ASTERIA) or maybe they will free like hungary..

Bulgaria

Clear are the new countries will be added. They are: Georgia , Cuba , Armenia and Nigeria.

In principle Bulgaria said that they should have a common border with Georgia, and from there to Armenia but knowing. Problems is :: Turkey will have a serious appetite for the 2 countries, he does not know whether Russia will not ask for them back regions (we will do our best to keep the area that is rent from Russia). Positive side of course is the fact that we can expand POSSIBLE territories and if rubber to become 5 of 5 ( weapon bonuses ) .

All this is hypothetical and there are many unknowns , but MoFA of bulgaria assure their citizen that the MoFA will try to work for the best future of eBulgaria .


LETO

This news for LETO citizens!
Yesterday the plans of the creation of the LETO Mobile Army (LMA) were ultimated in their LETO meeting.

The LETO Mobile Army will work as a “virtual MU” (People won’t need to leave their current MUs)
for LETO D3 and D4 tanks.
The goal of the Army will be to bring big amounts of damage in key battles of LETO countries.

The Army will be led by the General (HMR) Passos Coelho, he has the full power and will be the highest authority.
Below the General, the Colonel (SG), NueveOcho is the main character of the Army.
The Commanders (dHMR), Gigilatrik and OneJuan, will take care of the division coordination (one each) aided by the captains (Each CP will chose one captain for each Division) to make sure that every member will know where and when we fight. All the fighters will be supplied with Q7 tanks in our fights.

The Army will be “virtual”, so no one will have to leave their current MU to join the Army.

The requirements are simple: Have a 40k maxhit in D3 and 60k maxhit in D4, be active and willing to use IRC to coordinate.
