[ATO-news]PTO-Wipe survey results
Last weekend(14/15th) i(tommot) said to our fellow members that i intended to hold a survey on the political situation of our fair nation.
So 3 days ago i started this survey and yesterday(sat. 22.00 hours CET) i closed it up and prepared to make this article.
Before we move on to the questions, i like to share the numbers. I recorded 17 valid answers/responses. 1 invalid as it came from the same person who filled in an identical response including an extra word.
Note: Keep in mind that the answers on this survey where shared before most of the members learned of the plan to (temporary) liberate our country. Therefore some opinions might have changed in a small degree. these results also include the answers of some members from Union-Unie and ULA.

➀ - Do you think we should stay wiped as a nation?
As you can see on this chart, the yes answers seem to be the most prominent with a total of 11 yes vs 6 no answers.
Although the no answers do not like to be wiped yet do believe that strong measures are needed to protect our nation from such threats.
If people filled in the answer "Yes, permanently", they had the option to add an extra note on that answer.
Now, it is not as black and white as the chart shows. Within the yes answers you see that there are 3 voices favoring a long term wipe(permanently) and of those 3 there is 1 who believes a ± 5 month wipe should be enough while the remaining 2 voices would favor an unlimited wipe (quote "As long as it takes to get rid of the PTO'ers).
➁ - Do you believe that our country is under a PTO threat?
This is the only place where all the responses where "Yes". Yet even in here there are shades on how much of a threat it actualy is.
It is on a scale of 1 through 5 where 1 is a low risk(Not much to worry about yet) and 5 is High Risk(we are about to loose our nation).
The chart is clearly split in 2 where as one half believes that the threat is medium to avarage(indicating that it is managable and can be contained) while the other half believes that the threat is elevated to high(indicating that strong, swift and emidiate actions are needed from preventing this of getting out of hand).
➂ - How many PTOers do you think are in eBelgium?
The answers here where telling one thing for sure, eBelgium does not have less then 4 PTO'ers(the only option that none of the responders choose).
The chart is very clear, more then half of the responses believe there are more then 16 PTO'ers in our country.
➃ - Do you believe it is useful to Take Over PTO parties?
This is more of a controversial question. Not so much of it being usefull, but more over the concern that we(as the Anti Take Over side) might actualy be crossing a line here as this could be interpeted as taking the very action we are fighting against.
The chart shows again a split on what should or could be done in this matter whereby the yes answers are closely followed by the No answers. While in the maybe we have a favor for yes, but only provisionally. One entry just doesn't know what to think of it.
It doesn't end here because some responders have added a note on this Question.
The "Yes" answer notes all said pretty much the same thing: That it is the most effective means to prevent a PTO group from gaining a stronger foothold on our nation.
The "No" answers had only a few notes: They say it is counterproductive and could even be harmful on the long term.
➄ - Are there any political parties you want to be/see involved in ATO efforts?
The results showed that a fairly amount of parties should be included in any effort to combat PTO'ers.
- At least 15 out of the 17 answers favors the presence of All TOgethers in possible ATO actions.
- And 14 out of 17 answers would also include Res Belgica on such matters.
- The Belgian Dream and Union-Unie received the same amount of support(11) and United Leftist Alternative just 1 less(10) to get them involved in ATO-efforts.
- Belgian Communist Party and Belgian Labour Party both received 7 answers who would include them into this.
- 1 answer choice was "Other(foreign) parties. Yet this person was confused as his extra note stated that he/she did not understand the question.
➅ - Do you have anything else to add?
There are many extra notes of which most refer to their previous answers mostly about the wipe(some stating we should stay wiped, others that we should be liberated).
There where also a few different answers.
* One entry believes that the PTO is a serious threat, but not a permanent(very,very long term).
* There is 1 entry that states that the party All TOgethers should take a far more pro-active stand and maybe even the leading position on the fight against PTO'ers.
* 2 entries made a specific suggestion on how to increase the strength of our community. They suggest to increase the number of active eBelgian players and by that decrease the ability of the PTO'ers to recruit our own eBelgian community-members.

First an explanation of some of the terms used in this article:
➠ PTO/PTO'ers = Political Take Over - refers to seizing control on a hostile manner of an established community with the intend to either enrich themselves or gain power of political/military/financial nature, usualy at the cost of harming the community that is present there.
➠ ATO/ATO'ers = Anti Take Over - The groups or parties/people who take action to prevent a PTO from doing harm to a nation, usualy protecting the political/military/financial aspects of that community.
➠ Answer(s)/responses/responders = Refering to the people who filled in the survey on which this article is based on.

On an unrelated but important note:
For some time no the relation between Res Belgica and All TOgethers have been tense and sometimes even a little adverserial. This was usualy due to the sometimes strong opnions of both our members.
It is my hope that we both can work this out and smoothening the ripples so that our joined efforts would be more effective then it has been in the last 3-4 months.

Great job!
you opened the survey to a selected group of people who mostly share the same idea's. Your results then aren't surprising. If you had published the link to this article in full open public and not to your buddies/forum (whom all think the same anyway), you'd actually had a real idea of the public idea regarding this and not a biased one.

You have just read the article and the article is being shouted to everyone out there by different means.
If you intended to say "the link to the survey", it is not a public survey, it is a pary's survey because it is about All TOgethers affairs.
You might want to read the first edition of this newsletter and you might learn that this is about the party, not the entire community.

This is nicely put together and reveals a lot about the thoughts of ATO. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is surprised by some of the answers. I agree, RB and ATO need to put aside differences and work together better. Maybe you and I should have a chat and brainstorm about how to do this.

Did you even read what tommot said. It's a party vote. Why should he then include other people then the ATO members into it ?

Even if I very deeply hate ATO for some... reasons... tommot was honest with that poll, this poll was for UU, ATO and ULA parties. Your friends aren't a part of these party so I see no reason to react the way you did.
He just published the results of his poll that was intended for some party. there's nothing wrong in that.
If suddenly someone decide to ask all his friends what does he think about something will you complain the same way for not being invited while you aren't a friend of that person?

Anyway this survey was interesting to read, sadly some people decided that since they weren't invited to participate (even if it doesn't concern them since they aren't a part of the concerned parties...) that they will consider it as lies and manipulations... blah blah blah
