How to create articles of Erepublik
Perhaps you have seen a lot of cool articles in the media and would like to know how to do the same?
Then you have found the right guide! In here I will show you how to write professional articles with all features available in Erepublik🙂
Erepublik uses a limited version of BBcode (Bulletin Board Code), its a simplified version of HTML code used on forums and such.

Create your Newspaper
If you don't already have a newspaper, you must first create one, go to My Place -> Newspaper .

Note that you must have 2 gold in your account in order to create a newspaper. Then choose a name and upload an image that you think will suit your newspaper.

After that you are done and you can start writing your first article!

There are some built-in functions in ERepublik but you will get the best results by using the codes described below.
The only things you can do without teh code is to insert an image at top, bold text and make links that doesn't always work properly.

Titles
Your article will look much better and be easier to read if you use titles.
Here are some features you can use for headings:

Code: [b]bold[/b]
Result: bold

Code: [i]italic[/i]
Result: italic

Code: [u]underline[/u]
Result: underline

If you want lager/smaller text, use:
Code: [size=20]Size 20[/size]
Result: Size 20

You can also combine these as you wish:
Code: [size=20][b][u][ i]Size 20, bold, underline och italic[/i][/u][/b][/ size]
Result: Size 20, bold, underline och italic

Images
Pictures are always nice in articles. You can use the built in function, it inserts a small picture at the top of the article.
If you want more pictures and decide where in the article to put them, use the following code(s):

Code: [img]//pici.se/pictures/EdalYAjuW.jpg[/img]
Result:

Erepublik automatically changes the image size to 300px wide, so if you want to make your own images in Photoshop for example, use that size.
Then you can upload it from your harddrive using the build-in function or you can upload it on an upload site like www.pici.se and place it wherever you want in your article.

Create links
There are some different ways to create links to other sites, articles or other sites.

A BB Code in its simplest form:
Code: [url]//erep.se[/url]
Result: //erep.se

You can also replace the BBCode link with text:
Code: [url😕/erep.se]Forum[/url]
Result: Forum

You can also link an image, if you want a full sized version on click:
Code: [url😕/erep.se][img]//erepublik.se/styles/eRep.se/imageset/site_logo.png[/img][/url]
Result:

Anchors
If you are writing longer articles, you may want to use anchors in the text. Anchors may be accessed by making links from one place in the text to another.
For example, you have a list of contents where each item links to their respective sections in the text.
Code: <a href="#ankare1">Ankare 1</a>
<a name="ankare1"></a> ;Ankare 1
Result:Ankare 1
Ankare 1

So the "ankare1" link goes to the paragraph in the text where you place <a name="ankare1"></a> ;, then simply fill in more if you want, ankare2, 3, 4 and so on.

How to make articles with codes
Finally, how can you write articles like this one? With the code showing without becoming the result of the actual code?
Simply use the classic ASCI code, a list can be found here.
