1 Introducción
This Website is operated by SC ERPK LABS SRL, a company with its registered office in Romania, 53 Calea Plevnei, Sector 1, Bucharest, Tax Identification Number RO25622297, registered under no. J40/6415/2009, on behalf of eRepublik Labs. Ltd, an Irish company, with registered office at The Seapoint Building 44/45, Clontarf Road, Dublin 3, Ireland, registered at the Dublin Trade Registry under registration no. 46210 (eRepublik). Erepublik Labs Ltd is developing the Erepublik project under license from SC ERPK WEB SRL, its wholly owned subsidiary, a company with its registered office in Romania, 53 Calea Plevnei, Sector 1, Bucharest, Tax Identification Number RO23710295, registered under J40/6578/11.04.2008.
The following Terms of Use establish the contractual relationship between yourself - the user - and eRepublik for the use of this Website. Please read carefully these terms before using our Website. They contain important information about your rights and obligations.
In order to use the Website, and access the Erepublik online game you must accept the present Terms of Use. Your use of our Website constitutes your acceptance of our Terms of Use and your agreement to be bound by them. Also, within the Website you will sometimes be asked to accept the Terms of Use by ticking an 'I accept/I agree' box or by clicking an 'I agree' button. If you do not accept them please do not use this Website.

If you want to use one of these materials, you must have SC ERPK WEB's or our prior written consent. This also includes the use of the Erepublik trade mark, other trade marks, domain names, logos, etc.

All the users of the Website can create content on the site. eRepublik does not filter messages sent or posted by you. We reserve the right to erase, move or edit any messages or restrict access of the users to communication modules if they do not respect the Terms of Use. You are the only one responsible for the content of your messages (including pictures). Therefore there are some rules to be followed regarding this. You must NOT: - use profanity or obscenities of any kind, even disguised with asterisks; - use attacks on other participants; - use defamatory, racist, obscene, indecent, pornographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening and harassing comments, avatars or pictures; - use advertising or marketing of any kind, including non-profit organizations; - transmit any unsolicited, unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, that are in the nature of 'junk mail', 'spam', 'chain letters', 'pyramid schemes', or any other form of solicitation that eRepublik considers in its sole discretion to be of such nature; - transmit Content that infringes or violates any third party rights or violates any law or regulation; - impersonate any person or entity without their consent, including, but not limited to, an eRepublik employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; - transmit Content that contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; - attempt to gain access to any other user's account or password; - create or administrate multiple citizen accounts;
You hereby acknowledge and agree that eRepublik is not responsible for the site content provided by a third party and we do not guarantee that users will comply with our Terms of Use and will behave properly. However, we reserve the right to monitor and take action upon inappropriate use of this Website.
You agree that by transmitting and/or posting any messages inside/on the Website you are solely responsible for their content and that you will indemnify Erepublik and its partners, for any damages, costs or any loss of profit caused by your messages (including pictures).

4. Tu cuenta
To use our Website and become a member of Erepublik you must create an account. You hereby declare that your user name will not infringe the rights of any third party, including Erepublik staff or other users. Moreover, your user name must not be confusing, offensive, racist, obscene, hurtful, unlawful. Do not use special characters. Otherwise, we will not accept your user name and, if you still want to create an account, we reserve the right to change an user name we consider to be inappropriate. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account or under your account name.

To keep your password safe, please do not disclose it to any other person. You are the sole responsible for the activities of all persons who use your password to gain access to your account. To ensure more the safety of your password, you must keep your computer free of viruses and other malicious code including Trojans. To protect your data confidentiality (user name, email, password), you may not share those with or transfer them to any third parties. You can cancel your account any time for any reason; however, you will receive no virtual or real money for any type of Erepublik virtual currencies (Gold or others) and properties that may still reside in your Erepublik accounts. It will take 7 days until your account will be canceled from our database. However, we will keep you User name, and it will continue to be displayed on our website. All your actions and messages will remain recorded in the Erepublik history. If we consider that our Terms of Use have or might have been breached, we reserve the right to take action, without prior notice. These actions may consist in terminating or modifying your account. Terminating an account means locking/ suspending, temporarily or permanently banning the account.

Without our written permission, it is prohibited to transfer the accounts and any of the access data to third parties. In particular, it is prohibited to sell accounts or resources, or to make any other profit by transferring accounts or resources to third parties. The same applies to selling access data, rights of use as well as any other attempt to breach this regulation. Violations of these or other rights of eRepublik or any of its partners, in particular copyrights, will be reported to authorities and prosecuted.
It is not prohibited to transfer accounts free of charge. You are also permitted to 'trade' resources, as long as you respect the rules of the Erepublik game.

A pesar de la terminología empleada, Erepublik Gold es una licencia de derecho limitado regida únicamente en virtud de los términos de este Acuerdo y no es canjeable en ningún momento por suma de dinero alguna o valor monetario. Aceptas que eRepublik tiene el absoluto derecho de administrar, regular, controlar, modificar y/o eliminar Gold de Erepublik siempre que, según su propio criterio, lo considere adecuado, en cualquier caso, general o específico, y que eRepublik no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad hacia ti basado en el ejercicio de tal derecho.
Además del Gold, Erepublik también incluye en el juego una divisa ficticia similar a las divisas del mundo real. Como el Gold, estas divisas virtuales no son canjeables por su equivalente en dinero real y únicamente pueden ser utilizadas en el mundo de Erepublik.
El Inventario Adicional es un paquete que amplia el inventario hasta 50 huecos, permite publicar 10 gritos cada día y además proporciona bandeja de mensajes ilimitada.
La Anulación de Restricciones es un paquete que desbloquea diferentes restricciones de Erepublik sin necesidad de incrementar los puntos de experiencia de los ciudadanos.

eRepublik puede añadir nuevos servicios con tasas y cargos adicionales así como corregir según su propio criterio las tasa de los servicios existentes.
The user is not entitled to claim any refunds except if the membership was terminated by eRepublik and the user did not cause the termination through a breach of the Terms of Use, the Game/Forum Rules or the applicable law. Requesting your account's cancellation does not give you the right to any refunds.
5.2. Precios
Prices for access to paid features are expressly mentioned in the 'Get Gold and extras' section of the Website.

You will then be transfered to the Website of one of the payment providers that operate payments made for products/services we offer on our Website, according to the payment method you have chosen. From that point on you must follow the instructions of the respective payment provider in order to make the payment.

Irish law is exclusively applicable for all legal matters in regard to eRepublik. In international legal matters the courts at the jurisdiction of the Erepublik owner are solely responsible.
13. Modificación
eRepublik may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use, at any time and in its sole discretion. However, eRepublik will notify you of this change by posting an announcement on the first page of the Website. The continuation of use by yourself of the Website, shall constitute your acceptance of any and all amendments. You agree to review these Terms of Use for any changes and additions from time to time.
