You can't break the Irish spirit!

What’s the craic eIreland?
Yesterday we have faced one of the strongest attack on our sovereignty in our history. The defeat in this Military Coup would leave us without congress, without tool of defence, without all our incomes, without mostly everything which could be used to fight off the invaders. Fortunatly we had enough friends, money and knowledge to fight off wanna be dictator Kubasar the Great (his nickname sounds so funny now).



I was DJing in one of the Osijek’s clubs when TomislavRexCroatorum sent me an SMS and informed me of what’s happening. When I checked facebook messages there were at least three of them which was saying “Come asap, we’re under attack”. It was 2 AM and in this time nightlife is at its best here in Croatia. There’s too many people. Since I was working I couldn’t do much, I couldn’t even check Erepublik. Not to mention I was already almost drunk.

Usually I’m working until 6:30 AM, but this time I’ve been working only until 5 AM and when I called taxi to get me home we’ve already been losing 17-0 and Division 4 didn’t looked good at all. Taxi brought me home fast and I turned on the laptop the moment I came home. Because of the coming tournament I’ve invested majority of our money in tanks and food since it will most probably be a profitable move. It left us with a bit more than 50 000 which would be enough for a one round in D4 with the intensity of battle in this time. I’ve placed some strong CO’s, contacted our allies, everyone who were online in this time and we’ve managed to turn the round in D4, in this time it was 17-5 which still looked pretty badly.






I’ve recieved a screenshot of Kubasar’s MU with over 200k in it for CO’s. I’m sure he recieved much more later. I believe they’ve spent over 400 000 IEP just for CO’s. Since we didn’t had nearly as much I was out of myself what to do.

My girlfriend kicked me out of room since I was typing like mad while she was sleeping. It was already 7 AM so I went to a caffe bar nearby like some idiot. All dressed up for nightlife I’m showing up to waitress in 7 AM while she’s still almost sleeping. I ordered double espresso and turned on laptop again. The next round has started and luckily two my friends showed up. First Rican who offered us IDA (MU which fights against Dictatorships) help. He sent me 50 000 IEP (and later another 30 000 IEP). It was enough to keep the bar on our side and we’ve managed to win 7/12 points. Total score was 12-21. Then the other great friends starting to show up. Nimnul (Russian MoFA who also payed for our MPP’s) loaned us 100 000 IEP and eKolya who turned the round together with FRITZHILL. We’ve won most of the points again.





It was already 9 AM and I was ordering my second double espresso when our allies started to wake up. We’ve started to push hard. Unfortunatly Kubasar and his filthy CO money woked up too. They’ve started to push hard. I’ve managed to talk UAE’s tanks (who fought hard for CO against us) to stop with that and join us, they did exactly that and been holding fire. Each time the wall turned they’d hit hard for us. The score was 28-29. Things got better and the next round was a great one too, we took the lead. Brits woke up and offered us help too, they moved many of their soldiers in Ireland and hit hard for us. Croats placed us as Priority 1 on their IRC channels and soon after many of them was there too. Our battle became epic which brought us even more attention. Bulgarians told me they are ready to hit for us few hours later, their whole army was ready. Wild Owl has been trying to bring us the American support as well, since our battle was still very hard and the Americans has started to wake up. We kept spending, I sold the rest of my companies and some gold and Rican sent me the mentioned 30 000 IEP. Machiavelli helped a lot with the CO he’s been placing from his MU as well. Drmusara offered us 100 000 IEP loan as well, but at that point we didn’t need it. Invaders given up. We have won!





We need to be greatful to all those people which helped us. They had absolutely no private interest in helping us, we’re small country which couldn’t really be a game changer in this game, but they still did it. It makes them great friends, because a friend in need is a friend indeed.

CrOmega has decided to apply to IDA as a whole MU, we’ll be there for them as well as all the countries which needs our help against foreign Dictatorships. I suggest the same for other Irish private MU's. Russians will have our loyalty until the end of this game, Croats and Bulgarians already knows they can count on us. These people aren’t the only ones which took part in this campaign, but they did deserve a special mention. All the other soldiers who was there for us, remember, we saw you, we know who to count on...and we’re happy to have you!

On the other side we had a bunch of mercenaries who fought for CO’s, but there were also some officials such as ilphen, German MoFA, who fought for PTO. He failed, as he always do (since he lost a BH against me on day 900 and cried about it until this day). All of them has failed for a simple reason - they wasn’t fighting proudly, they just came either for money or personal things. We showed them their place this time, but this is not the end. All of the traitors has been mentioned in Krakken’s article and people from this list are going to remember that day for a long time. Omegans are going to visit some countries soon, preparations has started. Expect us.
