ברצוני לסכם את הקדנציה הזו בכמה מילים, ולנסות ולהסביר איפה אנחנו נכשלים כקהילה

אני אישית נכשלתי החודש בהיותי נשיא, ולא בגלל שהייתי לא מי יודע מה פעיל, הייתי פעיל מספיק כדי להבין את מפת העולם את הצרכים של הקהילה ואני הייתי פעיל מספיק כדי לבצע את המטלות המינוריות של נשיא ( הצעת בריתות, שיחות עם מדינות אחרות ) עכשיו איפה שכן נכשלתי זה הבאת התפתחות ויצירת תשתית לצמיחה. היתה לנו אפשרות לארגן משאבים דרך שימוש במספר בעלי ברית חדשים וישנים אבל לצערי לא הצלחתי לשכנע את הגורמים הנכונים באותן מדינות על מנת שנוכל ליישם את זה בפועל

לא הצלחתי בתור נשיא לארגן את הקונגרס ולקדם את הקהילה מבחינת תפיסה וציות לערכים וחוקים מנחים אשר הקהילה מתעלמת מהם לגמרי ( לא שהם כתובים איפשהו אבל זה מעין חוק ברור שלא צריך לכתוב אותו )

לא הצלחתי בתור נשיא לעזור למשרד הפנים יותר מדי. למרות שכמה וכמה אנשים טובים עדיין עבדו ושקדו כדי לעזור לאנשים חדשים..

לא הצלחתי לתת השראה למשרד החוץ בהיותי שר חוץ לשעבר וחבר בקבינט של עדן.. לא הייתי מספיק ברור והחלטתי לגבי תוכנית החוץ שלי. ודברים לא קרו כתוצאה מכך.

לא הצלחתי ליישם את הרפורמות הדרושות במשרד הבטחון בכל מה שנוגע לתקציבים וסידור מחדש של היחידות הלוחמות

אלו הם הדברים שאני אישית נכשלתי בהם. וזה נראה כאילו שזה הרבה אבל לצערי זה רחוק מלהיות הגורם המרכזי.

אם להגיד לכם את האמת, עייפתי.. עייפתי מלהיות הכי בוגר, הכי וותיק , הכי מעוטר מבחינת קדנציות זה עוול שלא הייתי מייחל לאף אחד. מצד אחד אני רוצה ומשתוקק לראות את ישראל מובילה מכל מיני סיבות. ומצד שני אני מודע לכך שהאופי הישראלי והקהילה הנוכחית לא מוכנה ללמוד ולהפנים את התכונות הדרושות לכך שיתבצע פה סוג של התפרצות אל הבמה הבינלאומית לכל אורך ההיסטוריה שלנו אני יכול לספור על יד אחת את מספר האנשים שאשכרה שינו פה משהו בצורה כזו שהם לתמיד ישארו בתודעה של הקהילה פה בארץ.

הכיצד?

למה אין לנו פורומים לאומיים מקום שבו נוכל לארח שגרירים ממדינות אחרות ואשכרה ליצור התקדמות וסדר ברמות השונות של הניהול בארץ בין אם זה קונגרס או דרג הקבינט

למה אנחנו לא מסננים אנשים לא יוצלחים ועדיין מרשים להם לרוץ לקונגרס בשביל איזה מדליה

למה אין לשום מפלגה בארץ עמוד שדרה וזהות פוליטית

כל זה מהווה רק חלק קטן מהסיבה שבחיים לא נוכל להיות מדינה בעלת שם עולמי כל עוד אנחנו לא מוכנים להשתנות..

השינוי חייב לבוא מכל הצדדים מכל אותם אנשים שמאסו בפורום אפ אקס פי ואנשים שגדלו בתוכו אני בכיף אקח אשמה ואהפוך לבדיחה פומבית כל עוד 10 אנשים יבינו משהו מהכתבה הזו ויצליחו ליישם משהו ממנה.

Salutations House of eIsrael, i wish to adress you for the last time and summrize my term.

i wish to express my feelings about the state of our community and how did i do this term.
personally i have failed you as a president. and it wasn’t because i was somewhat not active. and not present on the media level. it was due to some pride and mostly belif in that which is not real.. what i mean is the ability of our community to change is lacking. we are like stale water. going bad. we do not promote change we have some few sparks of activity and on the general level we are non existant this is because of the several issues we as whole nation fail to grasp...

i want to say sorry for the following :

i am sorry that i have failed you as president. and did not convince or pressed hard enough our allies to create viable situation to recieve bonuses to our resources.

i am sorry that i have not organized the congress well enough to withstand any attempts of stupidity or malice.

i am sorry that i didn’t inspire and educated the Foreign Ministry enough ( as i am MoFA at heart ) that we have failed to achieve many goals on the FA level

i am sorry that i didn’t reformed the MOD in order to create more organized MU structure and more efficient supply line.

i am sorry that i didn’t pay enough attention to the MoI, and didn’t give enough resources for them to grow. but i find solace in the fact that there were some people that have worked hard and they deserve praise.


those are the things that bother me. and they bother me not because i am bad president. this term i was bad president. but not because i wanted to be bad. it was because it was forced upon me to be non efficient...

i admit that many of the reasons of my failed term that were given here was because of my apathy towards this term. but understand this... i am tired.. i am tired to be the oldest player that was in so many months in power. i am tired to be the most veteran politician in this whole community i am tired to be ALONE.. i do not wish to run and point fingers at anyone. the blame is all mine. but we as a community should realize that as long as only few people would take responsibility for the rest of us.. our nation will never be great. our nation cannot become great when only 5 people in ALL of our history are worth mentioning.

why?

why do we not have national forums as the REST of the nations in this world.
why do we allow KIDS and IGNORANT people to run for congress and not prevent stupidty from happening?

why do ALL the political parties in eIsrael do not have identity and only viable as Popularity contests..?

those reason’s are why we as nation cannot become great. take this article to heart learn from my mistakes i will gladly be publicly ridiculed as long as 10 people will understand what i am saying.
