Winners: Where in the world is Valnad?

The contest is now over and the correct answer was the Norwegian Glacier Museum or Norsk Bremuseum. But what was Valnad doing at the museum?

He was on an official mission to the former largest glacier in continental Europe, Jostedalsbreen in Norway. It used to be the largest glacier but recently it's shrunk dramatically due to all Swedish tanks traveling back and forth fighting for Norway in the training war. The image is taken from the front of the huge crowd celebrating the arrival of the famous Swedish president as he was apologizing about the damage to the glacier but also, more importantly, praising scandinavian co-operation.
