Why I would like an eAus MU in the Top 50....

Day 2,005, 02:35 Published in Australia Australia by Ranger Bob

Ok

I've read some of the comments, and articles with interest around Scottty's push for War Crew to reach the Top 50.

Some of the comments have been around - is it worth it in terms of the reward in game?

My response...

HELL NO.

Some of the comments have been around why this particular MU - why not another one...

My response...

THAT'S NOT THE POINT.

People will go and do what they will. I don't waste time, effort on money on this game because I see a tangible benefit from it, nor, do I expect a struggling eAus economy, or Government, to pay for me to participate.

In the end, the reason I want to be in the Top 50 is because of my old usual line...

WE ARE AUSTRALIA.

We are a community. Recently, and though a few months ago I decided to run for eAus CP after a long hiatus, it was only because I perceived as a country we had fallen asleep at the wheel again.

No, not the active few who dedicate their time to cabinet, senate or whatever.

I mean the masses. I mean the people that want to be part of this game because, for ill or not, they enjoy the feeling of community this game gives to our country, the dedicated and non-dedicated masses that make this a good place to hang with friends.

So, I click fight. I want to send a message that here in eAus, we CAN make a difference when we put aside the bull, and even when we fight each other, this is more the blokes at the pub who can in two seconds be fighting each other, but then be best friends in the spirit of this country.

Why do I fight?

Not for the stupid rewards.

Not for the imaginary medals.

Because it's good to work with you all and achieve something great.

It floats my boat. I hope you find it in yourselves to see it can float yours too.

Love you.

Ranger.
