It causes a ridiculous situation like eTurkey has been inside at the moment.
Imagine a president; he uses game bugs to improve his skills from the shortest path and also unfair, who prefers to tell his friends to do it instead of reporting to moderators.

Imagine a president who has been in a group that some members gets ban per a month traditionally despite of using bug or multi accounts.

Imagine a president; the day after he elected, his 200 votes are being deleted and 5k players get ban from the game because of multi accounts.

Imagine a president; works for 140 times in a day ! and being unraveled of his strength & skills because of using game bugs, but he doesn't apologize from his people also he swears to people who advices him to resign from his place.

Imagine a president; playing with an army group that sell golds in an illegal way, so through e-BAY for real money.
