Vote Balzac in Nova Scotia!

Day 1,402, 17:49 Published in Canada United Kingdom by Leo Balzac

Once again, that time of the month is upon us, time for the congressional hopefuls to pitch themselves to you, the Canadian public. I am, once again, one of these hopefuls. Month after month I have preached to you to vote for an active congress, a congress that not only listens to the general public, but has the respect for the voters who elected them, to speak up on important matters and make their opinions heard. It is only through active discussion that we can move forward and not stagnate as a country.

Activity is something I preach every month in my stump speech(article). I have demonstrated my willingness to be an active member. As some of you may not know, I have been without internet access for almost a month. During this time, however, I still used my cell phone to check in daily and vote, even comment, on the issues at hand. If this does not demonstrate my dedication to you who vote for me, well then, I am at a loss as to what could sway you.

There are many candidates to choose from during election time, some are familiar faces, some are new faces; not all are active.

As for where I stand on the issues of the day:

I feel all Military Units that qualify for funding, should receive the same level of funding, regardless of prestige in the nation's eyes.

I also feel that a true balance between MU spending and taxation must be found. We cannot allow governments to tax us beyond reason. This does not mean that I wish for the MU's to get less, just that a more even balance must be found.

tl;dr

If you want a congressman who is active, involved and knowledgeable vote Balzac of the CPP in Nova Scotia.
