Update on the Canadian-Japanese Conflict
Since my last issue of the Bro paper Canada has advanced from its foothold in the Japanese region of Hokkaido (deer), by conquering the Japanese region of Tohoku (fish). However due to Japan allowing South Korea to conquer the Chubu region(deer) Canada’s offensive was stalled. Originally it seemed as if South Korea would merely form a wall between Canada and Japan’s final region of Shikoku(Aluminum), however at the behest of Japan South Korea has conquered Shikoku as well, thus completing the annexation of Japan by Canada and Japan. At this point its unsure how long Japan will allow its ally to occupy it and whether or not the Canadians will seek to continue the war. They could do so in one of two ways, they could either declare war on South Korea and continue the war in the traditional way, or may seek to fund a resistance war against South Korea and reinitiate attacks against Japan. Hopefully our Canadian brothers will stop wasting their damage in Japan and use it where it matters. When I asked someone in the Japanese media about the South Korean move to wipe their country this is how they responded,
“Wiping out Japan closed the Canadian NE and shut off the war with South Korea. Also other things not as obvious and which will be kept hush hush for now.

The military leadership of South Korea and Japan is closely intertwined and acts as a joint force. The call for wiping out Japan came from Japan itself. Rest assured South Korea remains a very close, and loyal, ally.”
I would like to once again mention my opposition to this war, if the Canadians want fruit so bad I’m sure they could work out some sort of deal with either the US or Ireland, both of whom have numerous fruit bonuses(although the eIrish fruit bunuses are under eUK control).



I would also like to take this time to remind everyone of the importance of joining a military unit, Helljumpers just gave me 15 tanks, just saying😉





Both in RL and erepublik this is a tumultuous time for The Middle East so I will give everyone a brief overview. Egypt struggles under the weight of brutal Fyrom oppression, the United Arab Emirates has beeen launching daily resistance wars against Iran for weeks and have only now regained their regions, China has made its way through Pakistan and into Iran, and at the moment it is fighting to gain a foothold in Saudi Arabia as well. The Greeks, who were recently ousted from the Middle East by Fyrom are trying to regain a foothold by conquering lower Egypt, which happens to be Egypt’s last region. One of most interesting aspects of the strife in the Middle East is Israel’s expansion into Saudi Arabia, for a country that formerly has not had a chance to expand because of stronger neighbors, to be able to finally enjoy this aspect of the game, is pretty cool. So far eIsrael has gained 2 new resources through this war and has been holding off the Saudi Arabian resistance wars pretty well. A new aspect to this conflict is the threat of Turkey intervening on the side of Saudi Arabia, however in an attempt to block this intervention Cyprus has moved to take the Israeli region of Nazareth North District(fruit), this serves to block Turkey from attacking Israel and does not cause Israel to lose any bonus as they have fruit in also in Jerusalem district.
