Hi there.

I'm an eRepublik newly-born, and an English-speaking resident of eGermany. Ich kann ein bisschen Deutsch sprechen. But not so much. I intend to stay here and learn, however, as I currently live in RL Middle Franconia.

It disturbs me, by the way, that Bavaria does not belong to eGermany.

I feel that this area of the world is less than stable. Belgium, for instance. What does interest me is that the media in this part of the world seems better dedicated to producing quality pieces of written work. Konrad Neumann's recent article is a good example. An impressive 2000+ word political analysis. My own newspaper will aim to reflect this kind of rigorous penmanship.

In some ways, I'm not a total newbie to eRepublik. I was eUK's MoFA many years ago, and formerly heavily involved with eIreland politics. Much has changed in the game since I was last here, however, and I'm happy to lie low for a while to catch up with it all. Regardless, I do love to write, so if any passer-bys come across this paper, there might be some sort of activity to see here.

I do apologise for the absence of Deutsch here but I hope to include, and improve my own understanding of, the language as much as I will slowly become more involved with eGermany itself.
