Hello everyone,
Unlike last tournaments eBelgium is not doing well. As you can see on this graph:
According to our calculations for the first 56 hours our expected result is near 200%. As a reminder, according to our ranking eBelgium might be able to get some finances which would allow us to manage programs for the upcoming months:
- 100% -> 250 Gold
- 125% -> 100 Gold ==> Total of 250 Gold
- 150% -> 200 Gold ==> Total of 350 Gold
- 200% -> 300 Gold ==> Total of 650 Gold
- 300% -> 400 Gold ==> Total of 1050 Gold
- 500% -> 500 Gold ==> Total of 1550 Gold
As you can see, with our current activity (i.e. damages) we won't be able to reach high results. IF eBelgians strike a lot these days, the expected result might get closer to 300% and then we could expect an help from the government to reach this goal. If not, eBelgium will have to stand with the 200% goal and government will have to ensure that we reach such goal. Government may pay up to 300 gold to ensure that we get this award.
To sum up:
-If things doesn't change, eBelgium objective will only be 200%.
-Government should help to ensure such goald if needed as projections aren't clear weither or not we'd be a bit below or above 200%.
-If things change fastly (in the good way) government should help to reach 300%, mostly by supplying few tankers like our CP himself.
Do not forget: fight (even for losing) in guerilla as it accounts for the tournament.

Investing 300 gold so you might get another 400?
Instead of desperate last minute measurements, belgian gov could have written old eBe players to come back right before for the tournament started (in the last minutes before daychange.) That would have been beneficial.
My damage at this moment would have increased eBe's total damage with 7%.

Yeah, 300 golds is just the logical maximum amount that could be invested if we want to reach 300%. But tbh we won't and I guess we'll stick with 200%.
I don't know what gov does. Mostly mostly.

You don't need to pour gold in the tankers, you need to get those still below 100% to step up a bit.
200hits/day=40%/day, in 7 days that is 280%, if we can average that 300% is within reach, without spending.
One unknown element : the non-active/dead/multi citizens, what do they represent in necessary damage

Luckily those are mostly low damage fighters.

It is a damage tournament, someone could do 500% it would worth 1% of your damages 😁.

I do per 100% about 3% countrydamage
The fact that most tankers have left, has influence on the country goals set by eRep, having more tankers would have meant higher numbers to reach.
So imho, if you look at the top-100 list, there are still very many not doing the least bit of damage. Out of that billion, even if they are small hitters, that's still pretty significant.

Tournament is more influenced by number of citizens if i remember correctly. So a tanker is a lot more important than another citizen.
It's gov task. I'd be gov, I'd supply tankers if I wanted to achieve an honorable goal. But treasury is empty and blablabla.
Moreover it's a bit late so...
All the rats have already left sinking ship called eBelgium, it's only us few Last Mohicans who stayed and are fighting for our dear homeland.
They should give us tanks or otherwise: No Money, No Honey.
You've done hardly 44% damage of your own goal, country goal is at 100%, that means you have not done your share. That means others have had to compensate that.
At current standings that means 23 citizens have had to compensate all others to reach that 100%

What my brother in law wants to say is following; this National Shield Tournament and all other activities and tournaments organized by Plato lately are not interesting for the players who are paying for their WEP and Food out of their pocket. The rewards from them are insufficient and it's not worth fighting too much. I am fighting little bit only because I am after my first Mercenary Medal. If eBelgium State wants us to fight; it has to provide us with adequate resources.
I'm paying for everything out of my own pocket, so please stop repeating the same b*s all the time.
Plato is a capitalist pig, why else would he create this game in the first place? So accept that either you buy gold and get on with it, or don't buy gold, and accept that getting somewhere will take you plenty of time.
Get into a MU that'll support you a bit.
You can fight barehanded, so only foodcost there. Do guerrilla fighting, all you need to do is buy 1 item, don't use it, and just lose. It'll cost you 100 health, but'll get you 10Q7s worth of damage at least.
Yes, you'll not be able to play the game the way you want to play it but it's playable. You want a lot more? Well, feed the pig and you'll be rewarded.
I must have a thick head that I just can't understand why people believe any socialist/communist like ideology even works in this game without others pouring in cash.
Plato is profiteur and I am not really interested into pouring more of my RL cash into his pockets. Who wants to play this game constantly (like you probably), he'll have to continue to buy more gold, but who prefers to be more of two-clicker, like me, will buy it occasionally. I don't have ambition to be the best player of this game. I am not nagging nor complaining. I am playing this game for myself and if eBelgium wants to win the gold; it needs to invest into the players. You can not expect to gain some profit out of something if you don't invest nothing in it.
I have all the respect for the two-clicker, and for those not wanting to invest any money into the game.
And I'm not saying you're an issue of whatever kind. But there are plenty of two-clickers out there. Look at the damage output, that's not even trying one bit.
But like I said, you can join a MU that'll help you with food and guns a bit. Not sure wether two-clickers can lay claim to just getting part of the spoils and at the same time trying to get as much out of the game as those that do invest like having own MU's and such and expect to get everything necessary to have your own supplies for example.
Most communities thrive on the benevolence of cashspenders, I hope you do realize that.
And for the very inactive 2-clickers, the past has proven all too well, that multi's/bots/friends are just there to be a cashcow.
You're doing good, you're pretty nice on track with the damage, but others, sorry, if you do no damage at all, then something has gone wrong.

The point is really whether eBelgian State wants to win some gold for Treasury or not? If they want to,; they should do something about it.
I like the 'it magically happens' consensus that BaraBum has about work getting done.
Now I will achieve little bit more of damage to re-compensate all the damage I still didn't do and I am still planning to do.

Totaly agree with Barbadum here. I tooo am paying everything out of my own pockets and it simlpy isn't worth it. so you can't blame the unsponsored players for not putting in the effort the reach the country goal. The gold is going to the top tier players anyway

Everyone has the same goal to reach, regardless of strength. Nobody is asking anyone to tank. Need guns, join a MU which supplies, like 99% of the players do.
I'm not going to waste any EBs on this tournament too, the personal rewards just don't cut it.

We are poor. 🙂 I fought for a few times since this tournament started without weapon as well.
You can do guerilla fighting with little money, it delivers you Q7 worth damage.
Once you're at 150% (individual), the personal rewards are too low.
For example, in my case, I passed 150% yesterday and I have plenty of time to get to 200%, even if I slow down. But it's reaaaaally not worthy to push to get to the 300% rewards. So, unfortunately, I think I'll start to slow down from now. The individual reward system isn't very convincing.
We would achieve more if there were less multies and voting accounts! (said the girl who's still at 0😵

Like Jeiry just said, i'm right now on 120% and i'll stop on 200% cuz i have no money to fight more. If eGov can somehow send us some weap we can hit more to just to try to reach more.
