Thinking outside the box: Census?

I have been reading some articles about Polls, primaries.

That is great and then some.

There are concerns about fraud during poll voting.

This is my outside the box thinking and proposal:

How about to create a CENSUS.
- Each political party and military unit will be responsible to count their own active members.
- The difficult part that I see and due to my little experience will be how to count baby voters that aren't on a MU or PP yet.
- Creation of a Census deputy that will receive all the information and process the list for later reference.
- That will bring a strong picture of reported active game users universe.

I like that you're thinking about this!

I personally think it's a good idea for parties to keep up on their membership. Screen new members, be aware of who is active. Not like stalk the people in your party, but just have a general awareness.

Most legit parties do this already to make elections easier/secure and they have to regularly take the pulse of the party so they know where to focus their work. MUs track this too, as far as I know.
