Dear Sirs ER Managers:
This communication stems from a series of actions arising in the last hours in the ER and leading to situations that I'm sure, are far from their personal desires and objectives of your business.
As detailed in their knowledge, yesterday, 03/03/2011 announced a limitation on the use of the money market.
This announcement precipitated a series of actions and responses, in my view excessive and unreasonable, by a large number of users, including several presidents and very important businessmen and military.
This was followed by a reaction of the Management Team that I venture to qualify as offhand as the players, which gave off a "witch hunt" by censoring articles and Permanent Ban apply to many players, including several of those cited Presidents, businessmen and military.
Let's step.
I am quite aware that ER and is a New World, is a business and as such should be handled.
Thus, I understand and agree that they should "set limits" and that, as argued by Plato in The Republic, "the strong must protect producers and scholars to guide the" totum. "
However, in the adventure of building a new world and with it a profitable business, not just the Platonic purity, but sometimes it also requires other management, closer to the arts of "The Prince" by Machiavelli, the nature which perhaps America is closer to me that the manager of ER Staff.

At present there are hundreds of users with avatars calling for resistance, thousands of articles and screaming for that purpose, and created IRC channels and external forums where ideas are handled boycott, with the same or greater enthusiasm with which planned to just BabyBooms.
Fortunately, among other reasons because of the extreme youth of most users, these impulses isolated, unconnected.

Esta comunicación se origina en una serie de acciones que surgieran en las últimas horas en ER y que generan situaciones que estoy seguro, están lejos de sus deseos personales y de los objetivos de su empresa.
Según obra en su conocimiento, en el día de ayer, 03/03/2011 se anunció una limitación para el uso del Mercado Monetario.
Ese anuncio precipitó una serie de acciones y respuestas, a mi entender desmedidas e ilógicas, por parte de una gran cantidad de usuarios, entre ellos varios Presidentes e importantísimos empresarios y militares.
A continuación se produjo una reacción del Equipo de Administración que me atrevo a calificar tan extempórea como la de los jugadores, donde se dió inicio a una "caza de brujas", censurando artículos y aplicando Ban Permanentes a muchos jugadores, entre ellos varios de esos citados Presidentes, empresarios y militares.
Vamos por pasos.
Soy absolutamente conciente que ER además de ser un Nuevo Mundo, es un negocio y como tal debe manejarse.
Por ende, entiendo y comparto que deben "marcarse límites" y que, como sostenía Platón en "La República", los fuertes deben proteger a los productores y los sabios guiar al "totum."
No obstante, en la aventura de construir un Nuevo Mundo y con él una empresa redituable, no basta con la pureza platónica, sino que a veces se requiere también de otros manejos, más cercanos a las artes de "El Príncipe" de Maquiavello, el cual tal vez por naturaleza latina esté más cercano a mí que al Staff directivo de ER.
Decía Maquiavello, en apretada síntesis, que la conquista de un pueblo solo es posbile cuando éste se halla contento con sus conquistadores y, una vez la conquista es indefectible, no se siente explotado en conceptos mínimos, por ejemplo respetando su religión y símbolos que en definitva en nada afectan a la conquista.
Eso hace que el pueblo dominado no se resista vanamente, con inútiles enfrentamientos que solamente causan pérdidas al conquistador.
No escapará a su elevado criterio que la situación actual en ER, con las censuras y baneos acaecidos, en nada ayudan al mantenimiento de una convivencia pacífica.
En estos momentos hay cientos de usuarios con avatares convocando a la resistencia, miles de artículos y gritos con ese fin, y se han creado canales de IRC y Foros externos desde donde se manejan ideas de boicot, con el mismo o mayor entusiasmo con que se planeaban hasta poco BabyBooms.
Afortunadamente, entre otras razones por la extrema juventud de la mayoría de los usuarios, se trata de impulsos aislados, inconexos.
No obstante, ya algunos usuarios afectados me han realizado consultas sobre las posibilidades de entablar Demandas contra la Compañia, en concepto de Daños y Perjuicios, lo que como Ustedes saben es posible, aplicando el principio de ubicuidad, a la luz de los convenios de la UE de Roma 1980 sobre disposiciones imperativas en las Obligaciones Contractuales, lo que más allá del éxito o no de ellas podría sumir a la Empresa en un sinfín de acciones legales, por todo el mundo, lo cual es algo que nadie quiere.
Por todo ello me tomo el atrevimiento de solicitar a Ustedes se sirva profundizar en este tema, de cuyos detalles estoy seguro se hallan ajenos, explorando la posibilidad de una vez reafirmada y consolidada la nunca cuestionada condición de "primus inter pares" de la Administración, se tenga un gesto de magnanimidad que contribuya a la creación de un estado espiritual más propicio para el entendimiento, basados en el hecho de que "quien puede lo más, puede lo menos"
No debemos olvidar fundamentalmente que la fría interpretación de la Ley no es sinónimo de Justicia, en tanto existen circunstancias atenuantes, a saber la extrema juventud de la mayoría de los usuarios y el efecto de "horda" que hace que el raciocinio propio se eclipse ante el empuje de la masa, dos elementos a los cuales la Administración de una Empresa debe estar totalmente ajena.
Al menos, así lo establecía Platón en el Libro II de su obra máxima.
Asimismo, "El Arte de la Guerra" nos enseña que el interés propio debe estar siempre en dirección inversa al del adversario, y en estos momentos eso no sucede en ER, donde ambos bandos están batallando abiertamente en inútil enfrentamiento, que solo afecta a la imagen del producto y la Empresa.
Reitero a Ustedes mis disculpas, así como la humilde solicitud de profundizar este tema y considerar el mostrar un gesto clemente.
