The big retreat

Day 633, 11:01 Published in Croatia Greece by Makedonissa

We all know what happened these last days in eGreece.
The unjustifiable war of the turks against Greece, the heroic defence and the final liberation of our oppressed by the turks regions.
Greece is once again free.
The outlines and the heavy coverage of the domastic and international press of the war have already been written again and again.
But it is the small details that make the difference in this war.
Shining example the single handed liberation of Crete by our Hero Savvas Thomas.
Another shining example is the following:
As it is well known, the deep blue of the Aegean sea and the sky blue of the Aegean sky, cannot match red banners.
As it is also well known, when the turks retreat, they do it in an outmost ridiculus manner, shouting and yelling and getting rid of whatever bothers them to run fast. They dont want to get caught by the Greeks. As if we want to do such a thing 😛
Anyways, so you dont accuse me for making up stories about turkish retreats, here is the latest example of it:
Turkish warship corvette called Bodrum (?), during the ridiculusly performed retreat of the terrified turkish troops and returning from a port of the occupied north part of Cyprus, hit a reef, suffered severe damage and lost its sonar. Divers from the Greek armed forces are recovering the equipment in the next few hours.
And this (without the eRepublic adaptation) happened in Real life, not eRepublic 🙂
