The battles on the 541st day of eRepublik
Dear citizens,
The New World order might change as three regions were lost by Romania in one single day.
The Romanian soldiers fought bravely on five different battlefields: against Hungary in Donbas and Podolia and against Indonesia in West Siberian Region and 2 other regions.
The West Siberian Region battle was by far one of the most intense one in the history of the New World. With an average of over 2100 citizens online during the entire day, the battle lasted much more than the usual 24 hours, with thousands of casualties from both sides. Even though the total damage done by Indonesia was decreased with more that 200.000 units during the day as a result of a thorough investigation, the attackers proved to be a greater power than Romania could resist this time. They kept the defenders in the City or in the Administration Center for many hours during the battle, and after 24 hours the Romanians could not push back the battle line.
A separate war was fought by some Romanian citizens that, in order to find a parallel method to win the battles, made pressures that they will quit the game if the war wouldn't be stopped by the scientists of the New World. Our position is that those kinds of actions will never help a country winning a battle.
In conclusion, no citizen can influence our decisions and the intimidation actions will not be addressed in any way. Our goal is to make sure that every battle occurs correct and we would appreciate if you will always express your doubts and reports using the contact form (we know we have an issue regarding the answering time and that is why we are hiring new members – see the new positions available in the team).
Congratulations to all attackers, especially to the Indonesians who won a rich region holding large amounts of resources. We also send our respect to the brave Romanian soldiers who fought today.
Future challenges
If we are talking about war, we just want to announce that while our engineers are working on different modules (code improvements, debugging, citizen ads and citizenship) we are already starting to analyze the concept of the next war module that will include Player versus Player and more tactics.

Do you instead have 7 drafts and they writing down to paper each our click ? Which one of them said that ajax is transactional ?
That may explain why daily jobs need more then 1 hour in order to process 140.000 players, as we all know drafts can't read&write fast enough.

pvp doesn't make sense in a modern war (especially in a strategy game - not action).

Let's be serios: fair fight? If the battle in WSR stoped 3 minutes earler, it will be romanian now. Timer was 0:00 for hours and fight still go on. Plus, today the site had major tehnical difficulties, many players was not even able to login.
What I understand from that post is that you don't care about romanian players, maybe because other nations pay more for gold. But you miss something, this game is build around romanians and other pay only to defeat them. Without romanians you have no game.

Good war PEACE, congratz on the new regions. Something is still fishy about all this, but I won't bother to comment on it. We'll see how this "new world order" works out, and what will come out next. Just goes to show you, one country can't stand out against the world...It may be just my two cents, but even exploits and stuff aside, PEACE is actually a great alliance, and ATLANTIS is just for the pretty name. you recognize that Indonezia CHEATED. There is no other admissible action than to UNDO the entire outcome.
Any "balancing" that is done post-factum shows that you ARE NOT ABLE to prevent and punish cheaters and cheats.

Hey!! Come on, leave the admins alone. I completely understand them, if I created a game I would definitely make Spain(or any country that paid me money) the most powerful country in the game, so if you dont like erepublik and believe that it is unfair that they ban people from atlantis but never ban people from peace then maybe you should stop playing.
It is their game and they have the right to do whatever they want, even if that means making it an unfair game.

we cant enter the game or if we enter after some minutes it shows us time out error.
we had same problem some months ago.but after your update it was removed,but again after your last update it again started and we cant use the site normanly.please pay attention for it.

I actually noticed that too, the 24 hours were passed, the wall still had plenty of hit points, the timer was on 0, but the damage was still ticking. Can anyone explain that?
Player vs Player and citizenship! That rocks. Almost makes up for the fact that Indonesia is a giant cheating monster that is impossible to stop.

@Olteanu: if the region isn't secured or overrun in 24 hours, the fight should be extended another 24 hours, not ended on the spot, that's how it was until now, and I'd appreciate it if we don't go to name calling. I understand you're pissed, as am I, but that doesn't give you any right.
Dude...if the wall is not down by the end of the 24 hours, the region stays open until a side brings it up or down. That's how it works.

i doubt you can make any new successful implementations... your "engineers" should work at correcting the mass of bugs and mistakes and maybe getting a new admin team... contact the travian team and send some ppl to learn how things are to be done... or just sell the company... if u go like this another 2 months the negative publicity will seriously damage your prestige...

timer was 0 but the wall was over the 0. It has to be safe (over the starting point) or under the 0. otherwise you continue to fight till it doesn't reach one of these two condintions

I am wondering ... if they couldn't make 200k damage in 18 hours, how did they do +280k in ~2 hours? (not o mention the Ro defence ...) (I think I rembember well the numbers ...)

No one said "stop the war"! All said "fix the game"! That "parallel method to win" is in fact an alarm sign which should open your eyes and see what it could happend with your little bussiness (I mean game ... ). If you don't get it: to die. Because others will leave as well (not only eRomania) when the will see that all their achievments are reduced to zero by a crappy unfixed bug.

At some point I stopped counting the grammatical errors in this article. Perhaps instead of recruiting a Hungarian-speaking player, you should try to recruit an English-speaking one. I'm being serious. I find this extremely unprofessional.
And btw: I am really leaving. I'm not happy to play a buggy game "final version". I gladly help a beta version to become a stable one, but I don't help a buggy "v.1.0" version to make some people rich (maybe a version with bug fixed though ...).
Maybe I'm going to return in about 6 months to see if things ar any beter and the game is more playable (if there still would be any eRepublik ...). Until then ... back to my old mmorpg

We almost won. Had it not been because of those damn cheaters. I wanted to see a modern Roman Empire! Nonetheless, a brave fight.

We saved our wealth from long time ago to get WSR and yesterday we started to use it. Admin temp banned our national stocks for investigation, but our ally came offering their national stocks. Some of our Hungarian's brother send Golds for their own pocket to my account so i can armed my men. I think we deserved some respect here, as we keep on fighting even admin added 220K damage to the wall, we were not giving up, we fought to our last wellness...
If admin say we clean, i guess everyone that accused us with "cheat" words owe us an apology.
