Goodnight people from Saudi Arabia.
I was almost born in Saudi Arabia since I'm here during level... 20? All the time the govern was in hands of the same people (including me some time).
Saudi Arabia has a one party system just because the game was paid by Prince of Saudi Arabia in order to be as similar as possible to reality.
Since that, the whole group is controlling the government and deciding which people are really going to congress, PP or presidency. Anyone not accepting this rules is considered a user who wants to Politically Take Over the country. Thus, making a real dictatorship and not even having some conscious about the competitive part of the game.
Now, with the introduction of dictatorships to the game it's even worse because to take over the dictatorship there is a very big need of winning a war which most of the people are not going to fight against and if they even want, they don't have the resources to win.
Then, what are you waiting to be competitive and play on your own? Stopping the real pussy dictatorship in which Saudi Arabia is involved, which in fact makes the game really boring.
That's why I decided to candidate as PP for this month. Not betrayal to anyone known but just to make some conscious about the real purpose of the game.

1. You are splitting the vote and risk a PTO candidate winning.
2. We encourage new players to get involved in governemnt.
3. You clearly do not understand the Dictatorship module or why we need it.
4. If you wanted to stand for PP you should have said sooner so we could hold a Party Primary election to limit the risk of a PTO.

Well, nobody is forbidden from being a part of the Government. The Government members are experienced citizens of Saudi Arabia whose opinion matters when it comes to running things. I've been asking newer players to join the Government for ages, but few people want that. If someone new wants to join the Government, he can do so RIGHT AWAY, and we can train him to become a Minister one day... Or even President, or whatever.

This is not true. Nothing has changed in Saudi Arabia since the implementation of the Dictatorship module. I am Dictator at the moment. What is the problem with that ? Do you think that I'm a traitor and that I shouldn't be Dictator ? What have I done wrong ?

The game is really boring, but that is because WE HAVE NO ACTIVE PLAYERS. It's not because of the Dictatorship, because of the Party President elections, or anything else, it's because we have less than 10 active citizens. If you want to fix that, you should invite some friends to join Saudi Arabia (real life friends).
I don't have a problem with you being Party President, you are a good friend of mine, but what you are doing is very wrong... You should have asked the Government for Party President support, before Anakin got picked as the candidate (there was even an article about it). What is the purpose of this "competition" ? To divide up our players ? We have less than 10 players, there is nothing left to divide... We'll be even weaker if we get forced to pick sides.
If everyone does whatever he wants, the system will fall very soon. I know that the current system has a lot of flaws, but it's the best system we can have at the moment. I've been in Saudi Arabia for 4+ years, and I've held enough positions to know how stuff functions, so trust me when I say this. If you really want to help, you should resign as a Party President candidate, ask the Government to run again in 30 days, and try to invite some friends over here, or do some Government work.

you could have been PP if you asked, and you have forgotten the reasons why we guard against PTO. it's only because of firm defense against PTOs eSaudi isn't a vassal state for some other country and totally ruined. btw it's not our leadership's fault that erep isn't fun, it's erep's fault that they messed it up for everyone, and why i only 2 click and wait for the day it becomes fun again.
Brother, this is against your own believes. We always must stand united behind one candidate. please withdraw so no confusion is caused, and next month, be our guest.
