SMALL PARTIES SHOULD HAVE A PLACE IN OUR PARLIAMENT!

As a new player, sometimes i find out things that i dont like
Like this: only the 5 largest parties could get members in the parliament.
Why?
Are players that choose for one of the smaller parties inferior?
Is this democracy?
If you want to be a serious player and a candidate for parliament you are forced to be a member of the 'big 5'
Good and interesting players that are members of the other parties have no opportunity.
I think this is one of the basic rules of the game. But..
I dont think it is a good rule! I like democracy!

If you are from small party and want to enter congress. You may ask bigger party to let your party put few candidates. And then if you win you will be able to come back to your party.

It's game mechanics, nothing we can do about it
Perhaps this is one of the changes to the political module... most likely not.
Members outside the Top 5 can still take part in government Ministries and even running for CP. Congress is a little over rated tbh.
Voted and agreed, all parties should be able to field their candidates to be considered for Parliament/Congress by the electorate.
It's mainly because it makes it very easy for other countries to perform a political takeover if they can just run candidates in any party.
USA(in reality) have had the clintons all (well more than one) as presidents/polititions
say what you want about the UK but I think we are unlikely to elect Mark Thatcher
Cronyism and government run hand in hand mate, But in this case the rules are set up to make it clear that not just anyone can throw a political party together to get a nomination. It would make voting impossible as by that notion anyone with the money could create their own party and nominate themselves or a friend for congress. In fact, the whole reason it's restricted to the top parties is to insure that the amount of people submitted to the ballot is regulated and it's fair.
