Selling Shares

Hello eAmericans,

i have decided to sell shares of my business to you.

i will include with my shares monthly dividends.

i wont be accepting money until Wednesday and i will provide a weekly report of share prices rise or drop and at the beggining of the month i will release a report of prices.

this article is just the introduction of my idea i will not start to accept money and hand out shares until this Wednesday. i will keep a record of who has how many shares and at what time and price you bought the shares.

1.you can only have a minimum of 5 shares
2.share prices will start at $5
3. dividends are based on your dedication to how long you plan to keep the shares
A.if you make a dedication of 2 weeks you will receive 2.75% for dividends
B.if you make a dedication of a month you will receive 4% for that dividend
C.if you decide to not make a dedication towards your dividend you will receive a 1.75%

Note:you will receive partial percentage for partial dedication

Ex. so if you buy a share late in the month and are only able to dedicate a 2 week dedication and have a few days in the month left then you will receive a portion of the dividend as a 2 week dedication and the rest as no stake. so say there are 30 days in the month you will receive 14days/30days as 2 week dedication or 46.66% of your dividend will have a 2.75% rate and 53.34% of the dividend will receive a 1.75% rate.

4. you may buy partial shares.
5. you may not trade in private i must be notified so i may track how many shares were traded and who received them
6. i will not discuss what my business is.
7. will only accept cash but gold is an option we will discuss privately the value of your gold since the price changes on gold and we will discuss how many shares you will receive.

8. i have a cap on how many Shares will be circulated and that is 5000

i have come up with ways that will increase and decrease the share price.

i know it does sound like a scam :/ i will be trying to improve this to make it more user friendly and i really am in this for the fun i am obsessed with the stock market i just want to duplicate the stock market to here.

ya good point i thought about that as i wrote it down its just people will ask how do you afford to pay or stuff like that and if i tell you it makes my idea worthless because others will duplicate it making all this pointless

truth is its just me investing. nothing more nothing less i want this to be a corporation to which i am able to help eAmericans make money.

i totaly understand why you people think its a scam but i really want to just duplicate a real stock market and apply it to eRepublik.

please keep posting so i can help you guys understand or help me learn eventually i will have a website out and will make it easy to see information and buy stocks with ease.

no its not a scam. i know what i say doesnt matter but im putting more into this and im going to expand and improve my ideas. im planning on making things more efficient if you follow me and my progress through developing this idea it will pay off eventually but right now im planning on postponing this proposal. hope you guys stay tunned

i don't expect you guys to believe me but im a crazy nut about the stock market and when i was introduced to this game by my friend i loved it but felt like it lacked basic things a real economy would have.

so thats why i wanted to introduce a stock market as time goes on i plan to bring several people in and expand the stock market not to just eAmericans its all up to you guys

There have been various "stock markets" introduced by players before, the biggest one was ERX, and those players stole money, just so people know.

stole money? well i dont plan on stealing money? i understand im not the first one to come up with it and there has been people who have used and abused it but i dont plan on screwing people over. you are entitled to your opinion 🙂 thanks for the input 😃
