yet another mutual protection pact with small country is on the table. montenegro is fighting to liberate its regions from serbia.

ps. there was no referendum on income tax since i was afk for several hours, and no1 else bothered to do a referendum. therefore i voted by the previous programme i presented month and a half ago.

i don't know in fact Lin0leum.
you do know that montenegro is in fact an ally of serbia and that serbia either rents or strategically occupies these territories?
i didnot know that serbian and montenegro's gvt cooperate in this occupations. the important thing is, if the populace of montenegro agrees with their government and supports the protectorate.
