eBE is strong? That is the funniest thing I read in some time. What planet are you living on to think eBE is strong? eBE is small and weak as hell. eBE is a weak and small country that has limited human resources and will fail without help in the form of wipe out. If you know PTOs, it takes many months. When the PTO reached to public levels, it means that either they are confident and have most of the pieces in position or that their movement is large that there are some leaks.
They do not need to dominate your congress but they need only one or two congressman. They invite and grant CS to their friends and each month you have a few more hostile agents in your country. In a small country like eBE, it does not take much to PTO your country.
You talk about smarts, this is from a person who wants open borders. Your policies are the source of the problem. I am wondering, are you a G50 agent yourself? Your policy destroys the states and is supportive of PTO's.
