President of the eUSA clicks wrong button?

It appears that some affliction or another has impacted President Trekker Tlumac.

To wit; The president has ordered an Air Strike on FYROM. This is obviously a mistake and the reasons for it bear some looking into.

First, it comes to mind that the President may be in an altered state of mind or otherwise.
