PHOENIX - New Alliance and Logo Contest

This is the 1st article of PHOENIX HEADQUARTERS.We are really happy to have founded this alliance with our 15 fellow members. Now, we are getting organised together. Country presidents are signing the treaty of PHOENIX. (http://www.erepublik.com/en/forum/topic/143196/the-alliance-contract/1)

PHOENIX is really big and a great alliance. So, there is much to say about PHOENIX but I'd prefer to keep that for future articles. Actually, we are a family and everyone has something to say. Let's see what happens in eRepublik when people hear "PHOENIX".
