20 people attended which is 23% of active voters for belgian congress. it's not that low number taking into consideration there was no hudge VOTE TODAY button on citizens' mainpages. it happened all of sudden, there wasn't a proper debate and voting was not time limited beforehead either.
these weakpoints need to be improved by referenda itselves. its up to participants to better the procedure.
cheers for all citizens who do care how the society is run and have casted their votes.
ps. check another referendum out. yes, they do it on the isle too.
