One group2 opinion about the wipe

Day 2,291, 11:52 Published in Belgium Belgium by JdlF

Hello everyone,

As asked by boer jan : Confusion Part 2 , I’ve written a small paper. Ideas are not fully expended or such. I let the interested reader thinking about the few point I developed a bit.

Group 2 represents eBE citizens who are against the ideas of the group 1. Group 1 representing citizens strongly against PTOers and requesting a permanant / long wipe.

This argumentation is mainly based on the fact: wipe is used in a way of dealing with the PTO threat in eBelgium.

1. Is the wipe effective?
Not really, as you can see, the supposed PTOers are still here. They even managed to block a governmental PTO attempt on their assumed main party (DEFIANCE) and stroke back on Res Belgica.

2. What do they want?
It is now clear that they don’t want to steal eBelgium golds (our treasury is empty and the remaining is still out of CP hands [or should be]). Neither they are here for medals or earning through taxes because we have seen they are able to pay multiple resistances wars meaning that they have some assets. The military unit where they are is functioning right. After few researches I (and certainly few others) concluded few months ago they are here either for power or changes. Which I believe is quite normal in such a world.

3. What do we risk if we are PTOed?
We risk a lack of freedom we already have lost during this wipe. Can they do more? Not really… They could get us into international troubles meaning that we would be wiped… we already are. Most of the treasury is already secured, same goes for public MU and the external forum. Therefore where is the real risk? Of course they could take control for years but what would we lose? The country would not be lost. It would be used by PTOers for fulfilling their goals. Again something quite normal in such a world. As pointed out by Tony Clifford, we might lose our orgs and official newspapers through them.

4. Risks of continuing the wipe
The loss of citizens is leading us to a negative snowball effect. With less citizens we are less actives, meaning that we retain less citizens… And so on. Our low activity and number makes us a perfect target from some foreign country as a country to be wiped or even a country to be PTOed. Because at the end of the day if there are only 100 active eBelgians, the PTO risk would be way higher than it is now. The reduction of PTOers would not compensate our weaker position.

5. To conclude
I do not believe the wipe is a success. I believe we have more to lose than to win. If PTOers take over eBelgium I don’t believe we would lose that much. If some PTO attempts happen once unwiped, eBelgians would be able to fight and fighting drives activity. Right now eBelgians are not fighting. During this wipe we are just sleeping.

Side notes:
This article has been viewed by few other citizens before being posted. One funny comment was the fact we'd better stay wipe to put the blame on the current government instead of trying to reverse the trend.

Another interesting comment pointed out the fact we are not working in a democratic way right now. That have been pointed out for few months in other articles. I do believe it has an impact on the overall activity. Some also wonder if it's right that we are governed by citizens from abroad.

Eventually the few persons sharing their ideas pointed out the fact we were all following state rules but that we have a different personal opinion from the government.
