Non Aggression Pact between eArgentina and eChile

Here some details of the NAP:

- duration: 30 days
- all territories go back to the original country through RW
- eArgentina will not attack eParaguay and eChile will not attack eColombia or eBolivia
- southern low amazon (original ePeruvian region) is going to be colony from eArg. All other territories are going back to ePeru.

EArgentina will have the posibility to concentrate his attention in the ongoing RW in eBrasil and in Southern Africa.
On the other hand, eArgentina attempt to respond to their allies in europe who are suffering many RW due to the new game rules (Serbia has lost 4 or 5 rw and polonia 3 of 9 in the last days). This allies have been supporting the argentinian domination in south america in the last time. It is time to pay something back...

With this pact there should be some peace in south america. The big question is still eBrasil...
