I wish you guys stay out of Belgian politics until you are actually part of it. You show nothing more than being an unloyal person despite the avatar you are wearing.

Hey there, I'm not involving myself in Belgian politics. While I know most people don't care about the constitution, I worked hard to get this new version that was voted in by congress, so I'm just pointing out that the version he's using is outdated. It's referring to the removal of citizenship which is a relic of the old system that everybody agreed was stupid.

I'm not expecting or trying to get people to follow the constitution or the laws, just pointing out that if you're gonna refer to them, you should use the latest version.

Also I'd hardly call this politics. Maybe archival work eventually?

Anyway, you're being very aggressive for no good reason, I won't engage in further discussions with you.

Of course I react aggressively when you see someone who supposedly believes they were the greatest thing in Belgium by constantly telling what they achieved and making them appear more important than they should.

I would call it politics, as you already contradicted yourself by telling your own personal story of how you worked hard to get your precious constitution voted in Congress. If anything you are worried that Belgium is changing laws that you helped create and voted in.

Evidently you are a parliament member of the eUK, you have duties there now. Intefering with your former party will just make you look questionable about your loyalty.

If you people loved Belgium so much, you would have made a bigger impact by staying true to your ideas, party policies and loyalty rather than giving up each time a government is handling things differently. I am referring this to everyone who left and still believe they are something in Belgium, because truth is you are nothing but an unloyal lapdog of someone who couldn't take a defeat.

If there is a valid constitution, then the link that icurlybear shared is the only valid record. Even your fellow party members agreed on that(that the old one is no longer valid and a replacement is acceptable until a new version is proposed).

You are trying to push you ideas on me. I'm not worried about the laws changing. As a matter of fact I don't care, the current gov won the elections they are free to do as they please.

Of course I have a a sentimental attachment to things I did. Who wouldn't? I spent time on it and enjoyed doing it. My being a congress member in the eUK has nothing to do with that. I am not trying to influence eBelgian politics, even though you seem to really want to believe it.

I do love the people in eBelgium, I think I can call a lot of them friends or at least in friendly terms with everyone. When the gov changed I tried to work with in while in congress. It was a tiring experience and so I decided to take a vacation in the eUK visiting some friends there.

The way the government is handling things is not my problem I'm very conscious of that. Only those in the gov and in the Belgian congress can do that.

Also, you're still being overly rude. Calling me not loyal and someone's lapdog without knowing anything about me is just petty of you.

If you go through his earlier articles you clearly see he has done this in Egypt. If anything he has the right to do whatever he wants if it is his own personal interest. If he proposes it in Congress, then you will have a valid reason to argue that he is using outdated constitutional laws.

Please before starting your own personal agenda about laws, belgium politics achievement. Learn to get yourself educated before accusing party and government alike that we are trying to reverse it.

Where did I say that I believed it is going to be removed. Please do quote me on this, I'm actually curious as to where you got that idea from.

As stated before, I know it's his personal project. Nobody other than you talked about taking this to congress somehow. As you said before, I am not involved in such matters.

If you knew it was a personal project and potential plan for him to propose it to congress then your entire argument of using the correct constitution for it is no longer valid.

I wonder how you thought this would work out. Sofiane proposes to congress a ''new'' constitution but it appears to be the complete same current constitution. Outdated or not, it is a proposition, and nobody in the right mind would propose the same exact laws as an idea to propose for congress.

That very statement shows how little you understand about what this is.

Sir Earl Sofiane Richa is not proposing a new constitution. He is only making a record of what already exists.

What icurlybear and i did was just pointing out that the text he uses for this article is no longer used by anyone and that there is a more recent version available. We have not pushed our ways on anyone, he is free to use what he wants.

I used the term outdated several times, you ignore this because you only see past your own ways. Infact I even stated if he does propose it in congress that you have the valid resources to argue against it.

I understand more than you realise,

For the constitution I do not have the power to propose laws

But as a politician and press manager I have every right to propose a way to write the official texts and chose an example in my proposal

I want to add something for you. You have tried this in Egypt, not sure how much success you had there, but I doubt it actually got an effect.

However, Belgium is already torn apart by several political factions and we disagree on many things. Creating this with the title proposition will for me actually create more division between the factions that we have here.

Still very uncertain what your intention of this is, it is weird if you are using outdated laws. I refuse to accept your statement of this being an example. This clearly has a further goal to it for this being an ''example''

If you do happen to try push this forward if you get a position in congress, you have already lost that one. They have already enough proof that you are using outdated sources as the constitution.

Plus I doubt the constitution is even in use, or actually rarely is observed and followed by our politicians here or potentially everywhere in the eWorld that has one.

-create a position which holds these documents and which manages the alignment of the official laws
and the legitimacy of any action
