I knew if I put free in the title you would all read this! It has been a while since this program has been collecting dust but I have been given permission to revive it and hopefully help some of you out. So what is the National Media Strategy? Well take a look!
Aim: Offer Government support to citizens wishing to get involved in Norwegian media and to encourage a more active Norwegian media landscape.
Article 1: The Norwegian Government will offer a subsidy of 2 gold for new players wishing to start a newspaper.
Article 2: The subsidy will be issued when the requesting citizen has contributed 5 quality articles to the Norwegian Media.
Article 3: The citizen requesting the subsidy must have founded their paper after the National Media Strategy was implemented.
Article 4: No more than two articles may be released per week that count towards collecting the subsidy.
So how do you collect the subsidy? Simple, just message myself or comment below. Once you have gotten that far I will check to make sure the proper requirements were met and I will request the funds from Congress be released and delivered to you. You can write about anything you wish either, political summary's, interviews, your opinions on the economy or war or even short stories, just whatever comes to mind. There has been some recent activity lately in our media and some people who look like the may qualify is norenting, zanman and Ulfric Thormenta. Just remember you had to create your news paper after Day 2,337 to qualify.

Not enough to read John! A healthy and active media is the beginning of an active community. The comments makes room for plenty of conversation for those such as yourself who choose not to use our IRC or visit the forums often. Perhaps you should try it and apply 🙂

Thanks, it was a community effort. It was changed a lot from the original text but I think its great as it stands now. Hoping to see other nations implement something similar and keep gold in youngsters pockets for training contracts and upgrading training grounds.
