My opinion on "how we can fight and win battles."

After examine many players of Eindia , i have seen that many players are of good strengths and many are very weak comparable to them.

The idea m thinking is why not dividing players according to the strength and activity.

what i am thinking is to make three groups , first "the strongest" "moderate+ weak" and the "Admins".

The strongest : they all have to do is to fight and fight and collect gold and supply atleast 30% to admins.

moderate +weak = As they are under training, i think they should preferably operate on training grounds and companies to make food and weapons for the Strongest ones( as they cant make more damage and its better to waste energy on making weapons and food for strong ones rather wasting for few millions).

Admins : Admins will decide everything when to fight , where to fight , what to do to the gold they get and whom to donate(preferably to moderate+ weak people who need it most) and everything basically.

so what will happen if we divide such groups see:

strongest ones have to fight, in case any strongest one get out of energy or disconnect or any problem like that, from the moderate one group the higher str players will get the chance to hit for bar , only if they have available energy.

In this way only strongest people will get bhs and the gold collected can be used for good purpose.

Why i am thinking like that?
i think sometimes good strength people may waste energy on working in companies , sometimes ever+10 energy matters.
so if the companies are only operated by such people who have nothing to do with damage can do much better than that.

well it maybe difficult to implement : as we need to supply large amount of gold to moderate members for operating companies( and they will get donations for tgs upgrade too).

and Admins can be one of moderates too , basically we need some people who have better administrative skills.

If this idea works , seriously i think in some months the figures will change and India will be strong economically and with strength also.

Well in my opinion , making any random party and supply food and weapon to people who have no use of it .. is a total waste.

i have seen the scenario of Eindia and observed it quite well.
if we work with a plan like this i m sure it will be good.
