My Brutally Honest Campaign

Intro

I've been playing this game for over four years now, held various government jobs in the eUSA, eSouth Africa, eUK, and the eNetherlands, additionally I was a citizen of eAustralia, eCanada, and eIsrael along the way however briefly in those places. I'm sure if I put in the effort I could come up with a list of ever political job I held, and where each 11 congressional medals came from exactly, but that's not really the point of why I decided to write this article. I do have a fairly good memory, if you talk to me I got lots of stories I could tell you just from my time playing this game, I do prefer to tell the ones I find funny over serious stuff. However this despite my refusal to reach search every job I've held in politics and government is about that very subject line, because it's a campaign of sorts!

I am running for public office, do I have a specific office in mind, not really, am I the greatest government worker, probably not. To be honest over the course of my career I probably haven't put in the greatest effort to the jobs I've had. When it comes to media jobs I've held, I'm not very good writing on assignment, not that great with deadlines either. My venture into foreign affairs was mostly serving as the first ambassador of the eUSA to eAlbania for four months, I probably could have done more, but as to a trend I don't know what to do often without instructions, so I did that which was asked of me no more or no less. I don't recall ever being head of foreign affairs or defense; I had a time as head of South African security to mix results. I've been a Vice President at least once, but as stated, I don't do well without instruction, so what might come off as lazy and inactive to possibly many, if I'm not given a specific task, or guidelines of what I can do, I don't do much. And if I have nothing to say in a cabinet meeting, I won't talk much either. So my detractors will say I'm inactive, or not involved and I don't deny I could try harder to find something to do, but at the same time my employers could try harder to give me something to do, assuming they are aware I require them to actually give me a task. I guess the point being if someone decides to hire me, be advised if you don't give me a job to do, I probably won’t do much.

I will make a final note on government jobs not congress related, June 2013 I was the President of the Netherlands, I had the type of cabinet that allowed me to function in an over seeing manner, and even allowed me to have some fun and create a Mortal Kombat adventure series which had some rather crazy results because of the random selection means I used. I'd like to think this was the best work I've put into a government job in eRep, I did my best to be on IRC nearly every day, even though I find the program annoying, I maintained my in game activity which before this last year has always been high, even if not always appreciated. In no means do I believe it was a perfect term, but I do truly believe it was a successful one. I had an awesome cabinet and I am very grateful for that.

So with that, and perhaps because I'm a little be crazy and a little bit bored this summer, and despite being in recovery from having my gallbladder removed on the 24th, I'm interested in taking a government job again.
