Q4 Weaponry are also cheapest, however, for fighting purposes it is recommended to use Q7 only

I'm sorry but as you are still new you do not know that you should only ever fight using Q7 weapons, as they directly affect the damage/energy ratio you make, and if you don't care about damage then you might as well not use weapons.
Never buy Q4 for fighting with.
Food is easy as the different quality's only have one difference which is the amount of recovering so you calculations were right there, and it is a simple decision.
only ever buy Q5 moving tickets as well is correct as they can move you anywhere lol.
If you want more info on the Weapons please let me know and I can explain more.
