Dear Pakistan,

I am writing to you because I love you. Our citizenry are the best the game has to offer. Recently I became your Dictator and I have done a few things to improve your life here. First I lowered the Income Tax to the lowest it can go. I Donated a Large sum of Revenue to the Minister of Finance as well so we can make some profit. I have also taken measures to protect our Markets from the filthy Spaniards and Swedes. While doing this I have maintained job offers on the Market.

Our Alliance with Bulgaria is very active, if you don't have funds to travel the world seeking battles I suggest you just attack there as they are working pretty hard to Delete Greece. I have not found any Nations that want to sign Alliances yet but there is still time for that later.

I have accepted two citizens, make friends them and carry Dio into their hearts.
