I just keep turning up...

Well, its been quite some time since I played. Those who know me, also know I tend to come and go for long stretches. Strangely, something about this game just keeps calling me back. I am not really sure what it is. Perhaps its the community, maybe I am bored in RL and need a distraction, maybe I am just too stupid to know when to walk away for good.

Either way, I am back again. I am returning with no expectations, and even less desire to do anything other than work, train, fight, and get involved in some friendly banter. I have done the CP thing, I have done the Congress thing, and I have done the "Role Play" thing more than I care to say.

To be honest, I have no idea what I want to do now that I am back. I am open to suggestions. For those asking about Northern Exposure...lets just take this one step at a time. NE is a big effort and a lot of work, and until I am sure I am going to stay here, I wont be resurrecting that bad boy anytime soon....though I notice at least one of my co-hosts is still around *COUGH* Rylde *COUGH*

At any rate...that's enough wall of text for now. If nothing else, I will probably get back to my journalism...maybe you all have some suggestions about what I should spend my time writing about.

I suggest you write about ways that eCanada can improve its efficiency (balancing taxes, new player programs, immigration protocols, alliance/enemy relations/negotiations).

Barring that, I'd say join the Dioists and write up a really ridiculous tale of pilgrimage and self-discovery.

Thank the heavens! I need help buddy.

I am trying to get my Cool Idyll retirement home running. Alias and Addy retired sorta so I found a nice spot in the Northern Bush near them and have been working on a marketing plan. So far I have that name – pretty catchy right – and a fitting theme song:

Now I need you to do a fluff piece extolling the place, and it would be nice to have an extra pair of hands to process all these applications – they are piling up – DMV and JonathanEdwards aka Will Gunter have already paid a deposit and I have refused to open the mail fearing a wave of new retirees.

You should drive up at Christmas and see the place: bocce courts, training for MMA fighters, robotics and software development facilities, hardwood in the gym to be kind to the basketballer’s knees, espresso and prime rib in the kitchen, salad in the …okay not much salad. The canoes have been put away but the ice huts are ready to be pulled out onto the water and, if Rigour6 joins up we can do bridge!

I am not at liberty to identify all of our present residents – privacy concerns – but you might be able to persuade them to say a word or two about their old and new lives. Should make for interesting reading.
