Recently I read a lot up on YES due to one of their members die'ing. Never was a fan besides perhaps 1 song.

So lets start a musical quiz can you guess the band?

Facts:

1. First band from which 2 members came played a kinda music that was known for not requiring much musical skills.

2. in this first band when a member quit the other member hit a washboard over his head in anger. He played the washboard as he could not play anything else.

3. They was taught to play guitar like a person would play a banjo.

4. They hired another guitar player because they were impressed by him so impressed that in fact he could play a couple of songs they could not get right practising the whole summer.

5. Said singer /guitarist was so over confident that he got an entire set horribly wrong.

6. They eventually hired a drummer at 15 pounds per week and told him to keep the drumming as loud as possible.

7. After 8 years they were rejected by a record company as according to said record company guitar groups is on the way out.

8. When eventually they got signed they fired their drummer ironically because he was according to them bad at drumming.

9. 7 People could have been a part of this band but were not.

10. It was said they were jealous of their drummer because when he got onstage the girls would cheer as well as girls would flock round him afterwards.
