The Department of Citizens Affairs is one of the early, if not original, government service Orgs. Over time it absorbed the Department of Education, then was itself absorbed by Interior.
Here we’ll see Tutorials (both new and refurbished), Public Service Announcements, and other Informational Services, back at Citizen Affairs where it started.
We have also resurrected the original Meals On Wheels Org in order to move Food distribution out of Interior, back to being a standalone Org and Program.

In our morning meeting today, my otherwise happy Generals were bitching about the dumbasses fighting on wrong sides, some clearly on purpose (putting medal hunting above national interests) and others just idiots not paying attention.
Oh, that just pisses me off, and I asked if we’re going to make a Bad List and put ‘em on blast..
You’d be on the list, boss.
Followed by a screenshot. Which I am not sharing here.

Old people will remember staying after class to write some ~~inane crap~~ thoughtful life lesson on the blackboard 100 times.
This article is ~~my punishment~~ to help heighten my awareness.

The thoughtful life lesson of the day is… they’re watching.
My Generals, couple top fighters, other observant fighters… people got eyes on all these battles and if you’re fighting on the wrong side you. are. being. seen. doing. it.

They got a Law.
If you get called out, you’re automatically banned from Federal programs like GIMP and Meals On Wheels, for one month.
You can then petition Congress to lift that “red flag” or ride it out.

Pretty sure the public ostracization and political liability are the real deterrents. I’ll sure be paying better attention from here on out.
