We are proudly announcing the third birthday of EDEN!! Three years of BROTHERHOOD and collaboration have passed. We had a great and hard year, we have lost friends and got new ones, but after all our brotherhood led us to great victories, and becoming one of the most successful alliances in eRepublik.



In addition, we are glad to display EDEN’s third year old avatar and we encourage every EDEN citizen to join us and wear it in order to celebrate this wonderful event on the battlefield.



We would like to thank Marta Li for this stunning avatar! You really are a talented lady and EDEN is proud to have such a great designer amongst us.

Justino Figueiredo: It is incredible to see EDEN still standing after these three years. We have lost brothers who we still miss today and we have gained new ones who have renewed our energy and our strength to go on. Still, EDEN has been through epic battles and massive military campaigns that made us accomplish so many great things in this eWorld, things that will never be forgotten and that we will cherish throughout the years. But none of this really matters if I don’t talk about what’s really important: The strong bonds, the real friendship and the sense of mutual respect that has been forged between our members; The availability to help, the will and the readiness to sacrifice our own selves for our brothers; The courage and the strength to stand together from the beginning until the end and through the darkest of days; The way we celebrate our victories together and how we support each other in our losses. It is for all these reasons that I can say that EDEN is unique and we will never see another alliance like this. For we are more than just a mere alliance. We are a Brotherhood! And we will live on as long as there is at least one of you out there who carries the true spirit of EDEN in his/her heart. EDEN is each and every one of you.

diuras: Even if it may look like a cliché, Eden has managed to survive other alliances in Erepublik by being a Brotherhood, regardless the changes within, or the people who took control of it at some point and, most important, despite of those who came or left.
The core of Eden has been strong enough to deal with the challenges and always pull through. So, no matter the changes, the spirit of Eden will never die.

TemujinBC: I'll never forget back in September 2009, when I was a noob in Canada trying to liberate the country from Hungary and Iran. So many Eden tanks fought for us in the final minutes of the battle (back when the war module was fun!) and I remember watching as the clock ticked down. It was a flood of Eden fighters that brought down the wall and helped Canada regain their regions. That history should be celebrated.

Lego-kun: Three years have passed, three years in which EDEN had many victories but also defeats. Something normal for any alliance, but in EDEN they had a different atmosphere. It didn’t matter if we won or lost a battle, because we were all there to support each other no matter what happened. In all those three years, EDEN showed what brotherhood and friendship really is. We sacrificed for our allies, and they did the same for us, we fought side to side in epic battles and above all, we had a great time together. I can’t find any proper wish for EDEN other than I wish it will last at least as it did until now, and that it will victorius as always.

AlexMCS182: Since more than a year, that I am intrested in the military module, I've been an admirator of EDEN. From the starting point of my military carreer, I knew EDEN is a loyal and good alliance.
It counts countries that I like a lot such as Croatia and others, they always are there for me when I need, ready to help and do not forget what we do for them.
Of course, this alliance isn't perfect, they made mistakes, but they made good choices too. And in overall, they did more good choices than bad ones, regarding the fact that after 3 years EDEN is still there, fighting hard and helping when they can.
So, thank you EDEN and I truly hope that ahead, there is a good future incoming.

avec: I was asked to write a few sentences about EDEN since I've been around since the days of Atlantis and the founding of EDEN. People now say EDEN isn't what it was, that its members have changed, principles have been abandoned. In a way they are right. But the world and people have changed alongside. EDEN has changed with the world changing, new people have come with new ideas and molded the alliance to their liking. What's the will of the member states becomes the will and face of EDEN. Whether you like it or not or approve of what they stand for.

omg_87: EDEN always was a worthy enemy with epic battles (HK, LK) in V1 and set the standards for coordination in battles back then and now is a great friend of us. People often said "EDEN gonna die soon", they were always wrong. I'm personally looking forward to another great time of friendship to EDEN-Nations. The only thing that could be better in EDEN is the lack of Pony-adoration : )

Petsku: EDEN has been close to my heart from its birth. For me it was never just an alliance, it was a group of friends with mutual goals. Whether the same spirit is still there or not, today is still the time to look back and remember all the great moments. World in Flames, Hello Kitty, Lion King, 1st wipes of some countries (UK!! 😃), destruction of PEACE, Phoenix and ONE.. The list is long. Personally I’ve been in HQ for so long I can’t even remember, and met some great people through the alliance. I want to wish every previous and current EDEN citizen a wonderful birthday!

EDEN, one name, but with countless stories around it, so many challenges, so many victories, but one word goes with that name: Brotherhood. Glory goes to those who deserve it, and not to those who look after it. This year started with a huge challenge, which was fighting against ONE (back then the biggest alliance), and also winning in the Battle of Alliance. Today we are facing new unknown and unclear challenges, but be sure, we will put the best of ourselves in the battlefield and we’ll be the victorious ones, because we are all united under the shadow of EDEN tree.

This might be a game, but what an alliance inside it can do is unbelievable. Friends are made, and a strong feeling of unity. We’re a family, and as such we must protect ourselves from the constant threats out there. Alliances always get to a point where we don’t fight because our Supreme Commander tells us to, we start fighting because we care about our allies, we start caring about people and not pixels, we consider them our brothers, and we won’t let anyone harm them.
We can do great things, not only for our allies, but for our own country if we start thinking that way. And that’s exactly (and in our opinion the only way) how an alliance can get a big success: mutual and constant help. One hand washes the other and both wash the face.

United we stand, divided we fall so after three years of success mighty EDEN still standing and fighting, so it’s our time to celebrate, Happy Birthday EDEN.

For this event, on the following days EDEN’s Media Team will publish a series of articles about EDEN’s countries and famous Military Units, that have made history together in the past 3 years of our alliance.
