FoF: Immigration policy PART TWO

Day 2,721, 06:39 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by NigelFarage

Hello there!
Welcome to a new edition.

I've got to go, so really really short one.

Would it be worth having an 'anything to declare' box so if people want to fess up to something that might be seen as dodgy we would know?

I would also suggest liaising from people from their countries of origin to get a quick character profile - something that could easily be incorporated into ambassador's tasks?

I've introduced an optional RL nationality/ethnicity. And a question about the current MU. That's all I could thing about to get a player profile without being to invasive.

I'd add more options to the TG question. Are their 3rd and 4th TGs fully upgraded?

And if they don't have a UK sponsor, you could ask for another reference.

I asked just about the first 2 because I'm thinking like this : If they have the first 2 fully upgraded they can earn money faster via SS medals and be able to upgrade the rest relatively fast. And that will also keep the balance, making poor/small but active players encouraged to participate.

I've eliminated the UK sponsor and requested a TG print-screen. The UK player sponsorship will give all of us a major bureaucratic problem and can guarantee nothing. Most of them will also be scared if they lack a sponsor and may never apply.

Could also have a question about media activity. Are they going to entertain/inform or bore the eUK

We will let them figure it out themselves. No need for a special question on that matter, in my opinion anyway.

Also, instead of "tackling an over supplied market", I'd suggest with give people with more factories more points rather than penalizing them (I assume this is what you're plan is), as people with more factories pay more work tax.

Fair point, the over supplied market will never be 'tackled'. But I also want poor players to be attracted by our program so I've eliminated the production question altogether.

Attract immigrants and why it will cost us money

Because people outside the eUK are most likely unaware that we have a Constitutional Monarchic Parliamentary Dictatorship, and we actually work as a functional democracy, and they can get citizenship. Most people will not apply for citizenship in a Dictatorial eState because they imagine that citizenship is open only for the dictator's clique.

Supporters of the pints-style system congratulating me

So, the Immigration Office will be composed of minimum 4 members that will work together, shall receive state or private funding of 8 gold and £1300.

Money to be used for publishing 4 articles in 4 different countries and buy 50 votes each so they all end up in top.

Anyone from any country and with any current citizenship may apply, the more applicants, the better. Shouts and PM to friends will also attract more applicants and that's why we need this points system - not to evaluate a random applicant, but be able to choose the best from the many.

To avoid RL nationality PTO groups, no more than 6 persons that share the same RL origin shall be granted citizenship.

To become a valid applicant you have to comment with 'Applicant' and endorse £25 one of the articles. - That's how we may be able to cut down some of the expenditure on this policy.

The recruitment will last for 24h and the Immigration Office shall handle 30 of the 40 citizenship passes available. - The rest of 10 will be at the dictators' will and choice.

How do we add up the points ?

Red means -1 point.
The lowest score you can get is -9

Piss yellow means 0 points.
The medium you can get is either 1 or -1.

Tired green means 1 point
Dark green means 2 points
Darkest green means 4 points
The maximum you can get is 12 points

Special considerations shall be made for anyone strength above 34.000
Special considerations shall be made for anyone with an interesting reason to obtain eUK citizenship.

e.g. :

From top to bottom - weak, boring reason ; relatively good reason ; GREAT REASON

Further details to be discussed with the Immigration Office after the Parliamentary vote.

If you spot any idiotic, strange, peculiar phrasing or grammar mistake please consider that I was on the hurry and didn't have time to reread what I wrote.

Thank you.
