I sometimes move to servia to use their mpp network when I'm finishing a merc medal. I use bazookas though so it doesn't matter much. But no, I would never tank for them.
Either serbia joins sirius/aurora or there's a nap/mpp between you two.
I see the latter more probable.

Yeah, we have an NAP right now, and it seems to be working out for both sides.
Aside from that, we've been doing this for long enough; has it not gotten boring for you guys? I mean, with all the history (both in-game and out), eUSA and eSerbia will probably never be friends, but personally, I have nothing against Serbs as a people, and I think we can make this crappy game more interesting if we're not always bashing heads.
It's just getting old.
It's OK to have a NAP with Serbia or even MPP, but it is not OK to give AFA 1 congressman because 'evil Serbs will PTO USA'. So much hypocrisy is in US headquarters.
Serbian or whatever, AFA has always been the PTO America party since that super-weird guy whose name I won't mention was whining around this game (when he wasn't getting smoked in a real-life election).
Trying not to get tl;dr with this, but:
1) MPPing isn't the same as giving you CS granting abilities, which is what most people don't want to do.
2) Of course there's hypocrisy. There's hypocrisy everywhere. So what?
3) Personally, I would have supported putting you on our congress list in a seat on the edge of getting in back when Valiant Thor was PP, and I'd consider supporting it now too, but the majority would not.
Anyway, comparing an NAP or MPP with Serbia and giving AFA a congressman is like comparing apples and oranges. They're two different issues. If you want to talk about that, feel free to PM me, and I'll give you a more thorough response. I have lent you an ear and my advice in the past, and I would do so again if you choose to seek it.
(Also, personally. I don't see an MPP with eSerbia happening, and I think Serbian congress would shoot it down even if we were for it.)
NAP and MPP are definitely not the same things, but they are pretty compatible for discussion about general topic about US - Serbian relations. If we are going to help Serbia to win their military battles and believe them so much and we are bff now, why would it be a problem to give US CS to a Serbian?
Anyway, we promised that we won't give any CS if we get to the Congress. To Serbian or any other player from any other country. So, it comes that US more believe to the country which was always in war with US, then in people who live in US for years and never made any problem for the country.
Hypocrisy, you just can't ignore it.
