Guerra con Bolivia. (English version below)

Hoy 11 de Diciembre del corriente, fuimos sorprendidos de madrugada con un Natural Enemy de eBolivia. Desde el gobierno de eParaguay, queremos declarar que dicha ley, no es de carácter amistoso. Los clarines de guerra nos llaman hacia el campo de batalla, y ahí estaremos para defendernos de cualquier fuerza extranjera que intente amedrentar territorio paraguayo.

Ya estando aprobado el Natural Enemy de Bolivia (todo hecho en la madrugada paraguaya, valga la aclaración), nos encontramos con un incumplimiento de un previo acuerdo de parte de nuestros vecinos norteños.

El mes pasado, tanto el CP boliviano como el paraguayo, acordaron llevar a cabo una Guerra de Entrenamiento, y el acuerdo incluía los siguientes puntos:

1) Tanto eParaguay como eBolivia se comprometen a respetar los pasos a seguir durante la WG.

2) Tanto eParaguay como eBolivia se comprometen al finalizar la WG a devolver todo territorio no originario suyo via RW.

4) Ninguno de los países podrá quedarse con menos de 1 región.

4) En caso de que solo quede una región a alguno de los dos países y este bajo ataque, el otro deberá dar órdenes de no pegar o pegar en contra.

5) Luego de finalizada la WG ambos países se comprometen a no atacarse mutuamente por 1 mes.

6) En caso de que algunos de los dos países no cumpla con los anteriores puntos el gobierno deberá abonar un total de 200 (doscientos) golds a el otro.

7) Este tratado entra en valor desde el día 07/11/2013 de acuerdo a lo consensuado entre ambos CPs

La guerra acabara, si uno de los dos CPs de cualquiera de los paises asi lo pide.

La Guerra de Entrenamiento entre Paraguay y Bolivia, finalizó el 21 de Noviembre del 2013, dejando esto un faltante de 10 días para el cumplimiento pleno del punto 5 del acuerdo.

Con esto explicado, lamentamos la actitud boliviana de irrespetar el previo tratado que teníamos y la actitud prepotente y poco amistosa que esta siendo mostrada por ellos. Desde eParaguay llamamos a Bolivia, a cumplir con su palabra, y más específicamente, con el punto 6 del mismo acuerdo, si es que para ellos aún pesa lo acordado por los gobiernos de los respectivos países en el mes de noviembre, sin embargo, independiente de este hecho ocurra o no, Paraguay reconoce este Natural Enemy como un acto hostil hacia nuestro país, y enfrentaremos esta situación como tal.

English Version

The enemy is coming from North : War with Bolivia.

Today Dicember 11 of the current month, we were surprised in this early morning with a Natural Enemy law from Bolivia. The government of eParaguay, wants to state that this law, is not of a friendly nature. The war trumpest are calling us to the battlefield, and we will be there to defend us against any foreign force that tries to intimidate Paraguayan territory.

With the Natural Enemy law already approved from Bolivia (all this made in the early morning of Paraguay, worth the clarification), we find a breach of a prior agreement from our northern neighbors.

Last month, both the Bolivian and Paraguayan CP agreed to perform a Training War , and the agreement included the following points:

1) Both eParaguay as eBolivia are committed to respecting the steps for the WG.

2) Both eParaguay as eBolivia are committed to return all territory not originally at the end of the WG, via RW.

3) No country can stay with less than 1 region.

4) If any of the countries stay with one region, this one under attack, the other should give orders not to fight or to fight against his own country.

5) After finished the WG both countries agree not to attack each other for 1 month.

6) In case any of the two countries do not fulfill the above, the government must pay a total of 200 (two hundred) golds to the other.

7) This treaty enters value from the day 07/11/2013 according to the consensus between the two CPs

The war will over, if one of the two CPs of either country so requests.
