They said they were developing one about 4 months ago.
If you look at the pace we got the new map, you can probably expect to see some change in about five years.

That being said - Richard doesn't seem to actually want to DO anything considering he's got a cabinet of 26 ministers...

Before your article was a call to the admins to change the economy module - something that is affecting us all. People voted that article fairly into the top 5.
This isnt an edit - this is an entirely new article - do you think it would of gotten fairly into the top 5 without piggybacking off your original article?
I think not - especially considering Richards OWN articles have not had more than 50 votes fairly. And they are the ones with the content!
