Local market:

Q2面包滞销导致库存激增，价格大降；
Q2 bread is in a slow-selling and the stock rapidly increase. Hence, the price of Q2 bread drop.

武器价格受战争影响有所上扬，库存量锐减；
Price of weapon increases due to the wold war. Hence, stock in trade decreases.

国内多家Q1武器工厂开工，Q1武器产能明显增强；
A few new Q1 weapon factory starts their production line. Thus, Q1 weapon output increases.

在议会选举和战争的双重作用下，机票价格回升；
Due to elections and wars, price of moving tickets increases.

各个级别的存量房产数均有增加；
Storing of each quality of house are increasing

国内麦子存量数显著增长；
Storing of gain are obviously increasing.

Q1. 請簡單介紹一下你的組織.
Please briefly introduce your organization.
A1. Century Group, 旗下主营House和Oil两家公司，尽量保持行业顶薪。
Century Group, ownership of a house company and an oil company. We try to maintain at top salary in the market.

Q2. 你的組織或是公司成立了多久?
How long have you setup this organization for?
A2. 不是很久吧，不会超过两个月。
Not too long, no more than 2 months.

Q3. 你對於現在的eEconomy有什麼看法?
What do you think of the eEconomy nowadays?
A3. 都抱怨中国工资低，可中国油价太便宜，而且一直下跌...House工资还是有竞争 的。
Many complain the salaries in eChina are low, but the oil price is also too long, and still dropping...Salary for housing is still competitive though.

Q4. 你的組織旗下有三間公司, 其中一家3星食品是關門了嗎? 發生什麼事了?
Your organization has 3 companies, has the Q3 food one closed down? What happened?
A4. 3星食品供大于求，搞得前一阵价格大战，公司哪敢开张啊(其实是懒，而且资金不足，本 来想开个5星的〒_〒)
Q3 food has more supply than demand, so there was a fight on price some time ago, so there's no point to keep that one open. (Actually I'm just lazy, and short of gold, initially I wanted a Q5 one)

Q5. 最後, 可以給其他開公司的人一些意見嗎?
Finally, any advices for other company owners?
A5. 有资金囤货的，都去开武器厂吧，前几天保卫吉林，才半天市场上的枪竟然脱销了，这战略 储备简直搞笑 >_<
For people who have stocked up lots of gold, go and run weapon companies. When we were defeding Jilin few days ago, all the guns in the market were sold out within 12 hours, our weapon stock was ridiculous.

Century Group has an advertisement

Century Group 即将运行「日间工作制」，即是会每天解雇，并且再重新聘用员工。以此确保每一天能够有 最多的员 工去工作，同时保持於最适度的员工人数，令劳资双方能够同时受惠。希望以此新制度去解 决原料过多的问题。
We are going to run "day work", which means to fire and re-hire people everyday to accommodate as many employers as possible, and to keep the optimal number of employers at the same time, such that both employers and enterprise could benifit. I think that's a solution for saturation of raw material workers.
